Midsumma, Melbourne's annual queer celebration festival ran from 15 January - 5 February and featured a huge range of events across dozens of different venues.
VAC/GMHC, with sponsors Bendigo Bank, National Theatre, Southern Star and JOY 94.9, present the fourth fabulous ‘Short and Girly’ comedy show on Saturday 12 February 2011.
This global event was established by the World Health Organization (WHO), in an effort to raise public awareness about HIV issues, including the need for support and understanding for people living with HIV.
Midsumma, Melbourne's annual Queer Celebration, is a federation of arts and cultural events spread over 70 different venues throughout Melbourne. The festival is presented over three weeks from mid January to February and, having been held annually since 1988, is a significant attraction on the Melbourne festival calendar.
