Meditation classes

To compliment its exercise and yoga classes, the Positive Living Centre (PLC) has recently introduced a 6 week course exploring different meditative techniques.

As there are many different personalities, there are also many approaches to meditation. Regardless of whether you have practiced yoga or meditation previously, this course holds something for all. There are no promises of obtaining ‘bliss’ - just a holiday for your head and, if you’re lucky, a Mardi Gras for your mind!

This course is only available to clients of the PLC.
