H1B-Episode177 Indians(NOT ALL BUT MAJORITY) abusing American LAWs& Immigrations Laws

I am speaking from bottom of my heart; 1. No Indians knows what happening here until land in America, a land of opportunities(illusion) and land of depression, land of dollars, land of freedom. 2. America cannot touch Indian Incs because Indians(majority but not all) completely abusing the immigration systems. 3. American immigration system was not broken but it's abused by people coming in for extra dollars at the cost of fellow nationalities and green cards. 4. whoever come in for sure die here, return is an herculean task unless deeply love India or home country and parents may never thought of return and attempt to return also. 5. I come across daily people say, A I go to India next year but apply for green card which takes 10 to 15 years plus B. Cry for less/no money though hourly pay is 5 times of my American landlords earn and she is happy where ever I live in Americans houses c. every Indian scolds his/her Indian h1B employer is bastard but none has courage to complain to DOL or USCIS. Of course they also cannot do anything to Indian Incs because our Indians abused systems here that much. 6. We always cry since 1947 British looted India though they built English Schools and railways etc and Indians are doing that to America and Americans. NOT all but majority and end result is 20 million Americans are jobless and homeless and fellow Indians are dying here due to their bosses or employers are Indians(managers, delivery managers, Indian Incs, Indian Companies or any business houses that run by our guys). Before you comment here, visit any Indian business house. Not generalizing but every student room mate told how Indian employer rip though students here should not do illegal part time jobs as per law. 7. Bottom line is we have lust for America, Dollars, Green Cards than say LOVE. 8. We lack national integration to unite and build our nation India like America than migrate to USA and thrive for individual successes and aim for more money but nothing else. 9. if you have talent, gold medalist use your talent or 1% of it to India and uplift poor there than use it on Kumar or your spouse. 10. My Indian Incs friends who are thriving to enter this Vulture crime business(middle layers like resume supplier companies to loot 445 to $65 an hour between H1B employer and PV=prime vendors) say Chinese breaking, Mexicans enter illegally etc so what if we also break the rules? if this is the tendency or attitude of Indian Incs, then why do we Indians claim, we are great, our vedas are great, India is best and land of cultures and values etc? if so where are our values? Zero? Is it Zero in front of Dollars or America? 11. I wrote a post " illegal is not a race, crime. Please read that. 12. I am also like you and spending my time here on how innocent Indians are getting looted and cheated by fellow Indians here and there(India). Indians are shamelessly doing crime called resume forward business to poach money between H1B employer and PV $45 to $65 an hour of H1B salaries. How pathetic is it? 13. is it what parents in India teach their kids/children/sons/daughters while sending them to USA? 14. American law cannot do anything these bunch of willful violators and Indians continue to mourn in depression here for the sake of dollars and green cards, very pathetic stories am receiving it here every day from USA and India too. None would like to speak in front of Camera because it will erase the status " I am in America" false prestige. it's their parents wants them to stay here than themselves. Its not the story of all but majority. 15. Change employers is not possible or easy as all H1B employers break all h1B rules so no point in moving or changing unless USA client offers a FT job. So h1Bs tied to their master like a slave for a decade or 15 years here. irony is after getting Green Card, he/she becomes an employer(master) to hold slaves(fellow Innocent Indians). it's like ragging in Indian universities. Hopeless and helplessness life for H1Bs or Indians here. Thank you. Kumar.
