The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall where a second door with an intercom opens into a corridor leading to the staircase and elevator. The apartment has hard wood floors, except in the bathroom and the kitchen where there are tiled floors. Upon entering, you will find yourself in the hall, which has two large walk-in closets. It leads to the living room. The living room is furnished with a double-size sofa, some antique-style armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table, and a flat screen TV with cable. It also has a window, and a bay window with southern exposure, as well as a pleasant balcony overlooking the street. The bedroom, which has French doors, is furnished with a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and an armchair. There is a separate office area as well. The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
