The first step is to break the ice within yourself. In order to do this, it is critical to create a daily social practice. Your first step towards doing this is to talk to 5 women a day. The goal here is not to have an agenda or worry about getting a number or a date. The goal is merely to talk to five women a day for the social practice. If you talk to five women, you succeed in this goal. The challenge version of this task once you build up confidence is to talk to five women you consider out of your league per day. 2. The second step is to lose the agenda. This means forgetting about having an end game, such as getting laid or a number, or having an ulterior motive. Instead, you want to focus on just being in the moment and creating an authentic connection with a new woman. In this way, the social practice is almost zen-like in that it focuses on the process of connecting with a woman versus worrying about the outcome. 3. The third step is to create a positive energy in the interaction. The key to this is to have fun with connecting with new women by being playful and fun balanced with some sincerity and genuine appreciation of the woman you are connecting with. This is the essence of flirting. 4. The fourth step to connecting with women is taking the time to get to know her. This isn't done by merely asking her questions though, but instead through making observational statements. This allows the interaction to stay fun and keeps you present and in the moment.
