Piaţa internaţională de transport de marfă şi de manevră s-a deschis în Europa. Au apărut sute şi sute de operatori privaţi care îşi doresc locomotive. La conferinta de lansare a acestei locomotive a fost prezent și Dl. Allen Helton, Manager în cadrul Caterpillar Inc., declarand că acest proiect este foarte important pentru Caterpillar. It is especially manufactured for the export market RELOC S.A. adopted a sustainable and durable strategy, having its main focus on the manufacturing of locomotives started from the identification of the market necessity, the business being created on the profile of the private operator in Europe, which needs new locomotives. ’The idea of this new locomotive ame from a thoroughly market analysis. It has a high degree of flexibility which translates into the possibility to mount board computers and/or pneumatic mirrors for which the clients would be charged extra.
