2.67 Hz - Associated with intestines. 9.0 Hz - Associated with Sacral (Svadhisthana, 2nd) Chakra which which governs the large intestines and bladder. 10 Hz - Associated with Solar Plexus (Manipura, 3rd) Chakra which governs the digestive system, stomach and small intestines. 285 Hz - Solfeggio frequency. Returns tissue to its original form. Influences energy fields to restructure damaged organs. 210.42 Hz - Associated with Sacral (Svadhisthana, 2nd) Chakra which which governs the large intestines and bladder. Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Relax. It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth. Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension. Relax. Breathe in deeply and exhale, Breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress. Keep breathing and relaxing. Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed. After you are relaxed, set your intentions on being healthy and pain free. Listen to the beats. Now breathe healing energy in through your intestines. Let it flow through your intestines and fill your intestines. Breathe out the energy through your intestines. Do that for a few or several minutes. Alternate between these two breathing techniques spending a few to several minutes on each. Whatever feels best for you. I am using a Windows 8.1 Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop with 6 GB BEWARE of bad speakers. Laptop speakers may not even be audible with binaural and isochronic beats that have no other sounds. If they are, the sound can be messed up and the frequencies thrown off. Same is true for cheap speakers. It is best to use a decent pair of headphones or earbuds. Good earbuds can be bought for around $10-$15.
