Here is the much awaited songs from Deadmau5s Newest 2010 Album called 4x4=12 the album is not out until 14th December and i have it ordered :) But it seems somebod has leaked it and lots for people re getting it from torrents.
This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Simone Reyes shares with passion her combat for animal rights and elaborates how we can all be activist in our own right.

Simone Reyes was the breakout star of Oxygen's reality tv show "Running Russell Simmons" and became an overnight hero in the animal rights community.
She has been entertainment mogul Russell Simmons’ right hand woman since graduating high school and has often been affectionately referred to as the "Boss" by Simmons himself. Recently PETA 's Animal Rahat Sanctuary in India was officially given a new name "Simone’s Place" in honor of Simone's tireless dedication to the animal rights cause.
Last year she traveled to Taiji, Japan as a Sea Shepherd Cove Guardian to report on and document the atrocities of the dolphin drives. Simone has been featured extensively in print, radio and television media using her image and voice to inspire, motivate, mobilize and guide people who care about the treatment of animals but don't know where to begin to create real change for them.

Lesli Bisgould is Canada's first animal rights lawyer. For ten years, she acted for individuals and organizations in a variety of animal-related cases in the only practice of its kind in the country. She has fought for the rights of students who objected to dissection in science class, for critics of facilities where animals are held captive, and for changes in the law to ameliorate the legal status of animals. Lesli is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto's faculty of law where she instructs a course on animals and the law. Lesli is the author of "Animals and the Law", the only Canadian law text on the subject, published by Irwin Law. Lesli was the 2012 international law lecturer for Australian animal protection institute, Voiceless - she undertook a 12-stop lecture tour of Australia, comparing the commercial hunts for seals in Canada and kangaroos in Australia. In recent years, Lesli's full-time work has been in the human rights and poverty law fields, and she is currently the Barrister at Legal Aid Ontario's Clinic Resource Office.

Peter Albert David Singer (born 6 July 1946) is an Australian philosopher who is the Ira W. DeCamp Professor of Bioethics at Princeton University and Laureate Professor at the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Melbourne. He specialises in applied ethics and approaches ethical issues from a secular, preference utilitarian perspective.
He has served, on two occasions, as chair of philosophy at Monash University, where he founded its Centre for Human Bioethics. In 1996, he unsuccessfully stood as a Greens candidate for the Australian Senate. In 2004, he was recognised as the Australian Humanist of the Year by the Council of Australian Humanist Societies. He has been voted one of Australia's ten most influential public intellectuals. Singer serves on the Advisory Board of Incentives for Global Health, the NGO formed to develop the Health Impact Fund proposal.
Outside academic circles, Singer is best known for his book Animal Liberation, widely regarded as the touchstone of the animal liberation movement. Not all members of the animal liberation movement share this view, and Singer himself has said the media overstates his status. His views on that and other issues in bioethics have attracted attention and a degree of controversy.

Animal rights, also known as animal liberation, is the idea that the most basic interests of non-human animals should be afforded the same consideration as the similar interests of human beings. Advocates approach the issue from different philosophical positions, ranging from the protectionist side of the movement, presented by philosopher Peter Singer—with a utilitarian focus on suffering and consequences, rather than just on the concept of rights—to the abolitionist side, represented by law professor Gary Francione, who argues that animals need only one right: the right not to be property. Despite the different approaches, advocates broadly agree that animals should be viewed as non-human persons and members of the moral community, and should not be used as food, clothing, research subjects, or entertainment.
The idea of awarding rights to animals has the support of legal scholars such as Alan Dershowitz and Laurence Tribe of Harvard Law School. Animal rights is routinely covered in universities in philosophy or applied ethics courses, and as of 2011 animal law was taught in 135 law schools in the United States and Canada. Toronto lawyer Clayton Ruby argued in 2008 that the movement had reached the stage the gay rights movement was at 25 years earlier.

Ali G (born Alistair Leslie Graham) is a satirical fictional character created and performed by English comedian Sacha Baron Cohen. Originally appearing on Channel 4's Eleven O'Clock show, as the title character of Channel 4's Da Ali G Show in 2000 and on HBO in 2003–2004, he is also the title character of the film Ali G Indahouse. Cohen's character Ali G, along with Borat and Brüno, has been retired.
The character of Ali G is a stereotype of a white suburban male from Staines (now Staines-upon-Thames) who imitates rap culture as well as urban British and Jamaican culture, particularly through hip hop, reggae, drum and bass and jungle music. Ali G was part of a group called Berkshire Massif, and he ran and grew up in an area of Slough called Langley (both actual locations in the UK). He also lived part of his life in Staines. Baron Cohen has stated that BBC Radio 1 DJ Tim Westwood was an influence on the development of the Ali G character – Westwood hosts Radio 1's Rap Show and speaks in a faux Multicultural London English and Hip-Hop dialect. Ali G's middle class credentials mirror Westwood's: the latter was brought up in Lowestoft, Suffolk as a bishop's son.

Avram Noam Chomsky (/ˈnoʊm ˈtʃɒmski/; born December 7, 1928) is an American linguist, philosopher,cognitive scientist, historian, and activist. He is an Institute Professor and Professor (Emeritus) in the Department of Linguistics & Philosophy at MIT, where he has worked for over 50 years. Chomsky has been described as the "father of modern linguistics" and a major figure of analytic philosophy. His work has influenced fields such as computer science, mathematics, and psychology.
Ideologically identifying with anarcho-syndicalism and libertarian socialism, Chomsky is known for his critiques of U.S. foreign policy and contemporary capitalism, and he has been described as a prominent cultural figure. PETA: SeaWorld Employee Infiltrated Animal Rights Group, Called for Grabbing "Pitchforks & Torches"
http://democracynow.org - The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has accused the popular animal theme park SeaWorld of infiltrating its organization by sending an employee on an undercover mission posing as an animal rights activist. According to PETA, the SeaWorld employee took part in numerous PETA protests against SeaWorld, including one at the 2014 Rose Parade in Pasadena when he was arrested along with other activists. One photo posted on Twitter showed him inside a police van along with other arrested activists. PETA activists knew the man as Thomas Jones, but his real name was Paul McComb. Simone Reyes was the breakout star of Oxygen's reality tv show "Running Russell Simmons" and became an overnight hero in the animal rights community.
She has been entertainment mogul Russell Simmons’ right hand woman since graduating high school and has often been affectionately referred to as the "Boss" by Simmons himself. Recently PETA 's Animal Rahat Sanctuary in India was officially given a new name "Simone’s Place" in honor of Simone's tireless dedication to the animal rights cause.
Last year she traveled to Taiji, Japan as a Sea Shepherd Cove Guardian to report on and document the atrocities of the dolphin drives. Simone has been featured extensively in print, radio and television media using her image and voice to inspire, motivate, mobilize and guide people who care about the treatment of animals but don't know where to begin to create real change for them.

Lesli is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto's faculty of law where she instructs a course on animals and the law. Lesli is the author of "Animals and the Law", the only Canadian law text on the subject, published by Irwin Law. Lesli was the 2012 international law lecturer for Australian animal protection institute, Voiceless - she undertook a 12-stop lecture tour of Australia, comparing the commercial hunts for seals in Canada and kangaroos in Australia. In recent years, Lesli's full-time work has been in the human rights and poverty law fields, and she is currently the Barrister at Legal Aid Ontario's Clinic Resource Office.

He has been voted one of Australia's ten most influential public intellectuals. Singer serves on the Advisory Board of Incentives for Global Health, the NGO formed to develop the Health Impact Fund proposal.
Outside academic circles, Singer is best known for his book Animal Liberation, widely regarded as the touchstone of the animal liberation movement. Not all members of the animal liberation movement share this view, and Singer himself has said the media overstates his status. His views on that and other issues in bioethics have attracted attention and a degree of controversy.

According to PETA, the SeaWorld employee took part in numerous PETA protests against SeaWorld, including one at the 2014 Rose Parade in Pasadena when he was arrested along with other activists. One photo posted on Twitter showed him inside a police van along with other arrested activists. PETA activists knew the man as Thomas Jones, but his real name was Paul McComb. Unlike the other activists arrested that day, he was released without charge. His name never appeared on an arrest sheet. According to PETA, McComb also repeatedly used social media in an effort to incite other activists, stating that it’s time to "grab pitchforks and torches" and time to burn SeaWorld to the ground. We speak to Matthew Strugar, director of litigation for the PETA Foundation; PETA volunteer Hal Weiss; and Will Potter, investigative reporter and author of "Green is the New Red: An Insider’s Account of a Social Movement Under Siege."

(Jamie) Welcome back! Let’s join Kyle and Hannah to learn more about the Animal Ag Alliance, their diverse membership and how they educate consumers with science.
(Kyle) Hi this is Kyle Bauer from Kansas City. I have the opportunity to visit with Hannah Thompson. She's with the Animal Ag Alliance. Hannah, let's start with telling folks who the Animal Ag Alliance is. (Hannah) The Animal Agriculture Alliance is an industry united, non-profit organization. And our mission is bridging the communication gap between farm and fork. So, what we really work to do is help connect consumers with positive, science-based and factual information about modern animal agriculture to help them understand how farmers work and farmer's deep commitment to animal care. (Kyle) So, who are your members? (Hannah) Our membership is really broad and diverse. We represent the total animal agriculture industry. So, a lot of commodity groups who in turn represent farmers and ranchers, individual farmers and ranchers themselves. A lot of animal health companies, the nutrition, the feed side. So, we always say if it has to do with producing milk, meat and eggs, they either are our member or they should be. (Kyle) So, you are not an old organization though, this is a relatively new organization that was meeting a need in the industry? (Hannah) We've actually been around since 1987. So, we are an organization with a deep history. But we have changed our focus somewhat in the more recent years, to focus more on that communication side because we realize how important it is and how much of a need there is for that kind of information to be out there. And for groups like us to try to be shielding the industry from the blows of misinformation that can be really damaging to reputations. (Kyle) But ultimately it's an issue whether they bring it up on how they're cared for or bring up the nutrition, it's all about making animal agriculture less profitable. (Hannah) Exactly. And I want to draw a very clear line between animal welfare and animal rights. Of course, animal welfare is how an animal is cared for and kind of the state of being of that animal. And farmers and ranchers are the biggest animal welfare advocates I've ever come across. Cause they've dedicated their careers, dedicated their lives to working in this industry and to understanding animal care. And taking the best care of their livestock and poultry that they can. Of course, as we mentioned, animal rights on the other hand, is that belief that it's not OK to use animals. So, it doesn't matter how high the standards of animal welfare are, these groups don't think it's acceptable. But I think they've realized that that message isn't going to resonate with consumers. The vast majority of our population enjoys eating animal products. They enjoy eating milk, meat and eggs. So, they've realized in order to drive these people away, they're trying to make what they call incremental changes. They're trying to emphasize a lot of policies that they portray as being beneficial for animal welfare, but really what they're designed to do is make production less efficient, drive farmers out of business, drive the cost up, drive demand down and really just gradually end our industry. How does a Holocaust survivor cope with grief? guilt? depression? Is it by cultivating hatred for his oppressors? By oppressing others? By downing anti-depressants? Here’s the story of a survivor who has found a more constructive, more meaningful, more compassionate way.
Dr. Alex Hershaft survived the Warsaw Ghetto and many months in hiding at the ripe age of 11. Most of his family, along with 400,000 other Ghetto inmates perished from starvation, disease, or the Treblinka gas chamber.
When survival was no longer a daily challenge, guilt and a quest for meaning set in. Why was he spared, when so many deserving people, including his dad, perished? Would the downfall of the murderous Nazi regime mark the end of genocide in the world? Would the world become kinder and more compassionate because of the Jews’ supreme sacrifice? And, most important, how could he repay society for the gift of his life.
Dr. Hershaft came to the U.S. in 1951, gained a science PhD, and engaged in a long and fruitful career in research, teaching, management consulting, and social justice advocacy. Eventually, he found the answers to those dreaded questions and a meaning for his survival by working to save animals, the most oppressed beings on earth.
He is currently on a speaking tour to share his ordeal and his happy findings with receptive audiences. His presentation “From the Warsaw Ghetto to Compassion for All” is gripping, evocative, yet deeply fulfilling.

Behind the Mask: The Story Of The People Who Risk Everything To Save Animals is a 2006 documentary film about the Animal Liberation Front (ALF). It took three years of filming, interviewing, and editing to complete. The movie was created by animal-rights lawyer Shannon Keith, who owns Uncaged Films and ARME (Animal Rescue, Media & Education). The documentary was produced in response to a perceived bias in the mainstream media against the animal rights movement.
The film is about animal rights activists who break into laboratories and other facilities to provide previously unseen footage of the way animals are used.
It includes well-known names within the animal rights movement, some of whom have been imprisoned for taking direct action. The story of Jill Phipps, who was killed when she fell under a lorry while protesting against the live export of animals, is told, with her mother saying, "They call us terrorists but the reality is that over the years four animal rights activists have been killed during protests."[2]
The UK première was held on September 7, 2006 at the Exeter Phoenix Arts and Media Centre. Keith Mann gave a talk and answered questions. Behind the Mask: The Story Of The People Who Risk Everything To Save Animals is a 2006 documentary film about the Animal Liberation Front (ALF). It took three years of filming, interviewing, and editing to complete. The movie was created by animal-rights lawyer Shannon Keith, who owns Uncaged Films and ARME (Animal Rescue, Media & Education). The documentary was produced in response to a perceived bias in the mainstream media against the animal rights movement.
The film is about animal rights activists who break into laboratories and other facilities to provide previously unseen footage of the way animals are used.
It includes well-known names within the animal rights movement, some of whom have been imprisoned for taking direct action. The story of Jill Phipps, who was killed when she fell under a lorry while protesting against the live export of animals, is told, with her mother saying, "They call us terrorists but the reality is that over the years four animal rights activists have been killed during protests."[2]
The UK première was held on September 7, 2006 at the Exeter Phoenix Arts and Media Centre. Keith Mann gave a talk and answered questions. He is a former president of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and founder and president of the Nonhuman Rights Project.[1] The Yale Law Journal has called him "one of the pistons of the animal rights movement."[2]

Wise argues that these animals should have legal personhood bestowed upon them to protect them from "serious infringements upon their bodily integrity and bodily liberty." Without personhood in law, he writes, one is "invisible to civil law" and "might as well be dead."[5]
He writes in "The Problem with Being a Thing" in Rattling the Cage:
“ For four thousand years, a thick and impenetrable legal wall has separated all human from all nonhuman animals. On one side, even the most trivial interests of a single species — ours — are jealously guarded. We have assigned ourselves, alone among the million animal species, the status of "legal persons." On the other side of that wall lies the legal refuse of an entire kingdom, not just chimpanzees and bonobos but also gorillas, orangutans, and monkeys, dogs, elephants, and dolphins. Ensuring a good welfare for animals housed in zoos, is not an easy job. It might not even be something we will ever really get a perfect grip on. Animal species have evolved over many years and their physical, physiological, social and behavioral traits have been developed in order for them to survive as best as they can in their natural environment.
In captivity, animals may face a number of challenges which evolution has not prepared them for and disables the animal to fulfill their behavioral needs. The absence of these, climate, diet, the size and characteristics of their enclosure or the fact that they have to rely on humans for their every need can cause an animal to feel stressed in which it starts to perform a stereotypic behavior. Repetitive, abnormal behavior is often regarded as an indicator of poor welfare and is studied as a coping mechanism, and measures of stress which can potentially go on to cause brain dysfunction. I believe, that the display of abnormal behavior patterns are not recognized enough by the public eye. That is why I have decided to make this documentary to educate you about what lies behind these stereotypic behaviors which we can easily identify, but might not have given a further thought about, or brought a negative judgement upon when visiting the zoo. The study of stereotypic behavior is complicated with many important factors that determines the health of a captive animal. 'Zoochosis' will bring you the whole picture of how animals experience living in a stressful and unnatural environment, and how it effects their mental and natural life.
