The Cove is a 2009 documentary that exposes the slaughter of more than 20,000 dolphins and porpoises off the coast of Japan every year. Dolphin meat, containing toxic levels of mercury, is sold as food in Japan and other parts of Asia, often labeled as whale meat. The remaining dolphins are sold to dolphinariums and marine parks around the world into a lifetime of captivity.
Now, 5 years since The Cove premiered, the spirit of activism that Ric O'Barry started and the battle for justice continue. The focus of the Social Action Campaign around this issue is to create worldwide awareness of the annual dolphin drive hunt in Taiji, and to pressure those in power to put an end to the slaughter once and for all. http://www.thecovemovie.com/

There are some people out there who believe that the Candle Cove actually existed at some point, and there are even some who claim to have actually seen it. This video goes into depth as to why I do not think that Candle Cove ever existed. If you have any conclusive evidence of Candle Cove's existence, feel free to prove me wrong.

A cove is a small type of bay or coastal inlet. Coves usually have narrow, restricted entrances, are often circular or oval, and are often situated within a larger bay. Small, narrow, sheltered bays, inlets, creeks, or recesses in a coast are often considered coves. Colloquially, the term can be used to describe a sheltered bay.
Geomorphology describes coves as precipitously walled and rounded cirque-like openings as in a valley extending into or down a mountainside, or in a hollow or nook of a cliff or steep mountainside.
Coves are formed by differential erosion. Differential erosion is when softer rocks are worn away faster than the harder rocks surrounding them. These rocks further erode to form a circular bay with a narrow entrance called a cove.
An example of a cove is Lulworth Cove on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, England. West of it a second cove, Stair Hole, is forming.

The Cove STOP SLAUGHTERING DOLPHINS in Taiji, Japan - Full Documentary
The Cove is a 2009 documentary that exposes the slaughter of more than 20,000 dolphins and porpoises off the coast of Japan every year. Dolphin meat, containing toxic levels of mercury, is sold as food in Japan and other parts of Asia, often labeled as whale meat. The remaining dolphins are sold to dolphinariums and marine parks around the world into a lifetime of captivity. Now, 5 years since The Cove premiered, the spirit of activism that Ric O'Barry started and the battle for justice continue. Now, 5 years since The Cove premiered, the spirit of activism that Ric O'Barry started and the battle for justice continue. Candle Cove fue uno de estos programas, un show de marionetas que según cuentan se emitió en los Estados Unidos a principios de la década del setenta.
Curiosamente, su asombrosa historia se ha hecho muy popular, pero la misma adquirió un alto grado de popularidad en al año 2009 gracias al artista web KRIS STRAUB.
Todo comenzó unas décadas después de la emisión de Canle Cove, cuando los seguidores de este programa comenzaron a reconstruir su historia en un foro en Internet. Pero sin quererlo consiguieron mucho más que eso. Aquella reconstrucción los hizo sacar a la luz recuerdos que por alguna extraña razón habían sepultado en lo más profundo de su memoria, recuerdos que los llevaron a descubrir que aquel programa que fuera parte de sus infancias, estaba rodeado por un halo misterioso y, por sobre todas las cosas, siniestro.

This awesome, bloody game is in early access on steam, with hilarious hack and slash gameplay. This new map is called Pirate Cove, and is filled with lots of secret weapons and cool locations. "Paint the Town Red is a chaotic first person melee combat game set in different locations and time periods. The voxel-based enemies can be punched, bashed, kicked, stabbed and sliced completely dynamically using almost anything that isn't nailed down.

"Version 0.4 - Pirate Cove, Localisation System
Its been a while since our last update as we've been focused on the next level. If you've been on the Steam forum you may have seen a couple of GIFs we've posted teasing the level a little. The next level is a Pirate Cove and there's some work in progress screenshots at the end of this post.
Besides a focus on the Pirate Cove, the other reason for the lack of updates in the interim is that we've been working on a number of changes that have required making significant changes and these needed to be completed before we could have another release. As mentioned previously we've rewritten the voxel system backend to better handle the various decapitation cases so that we can fix some of the current bugs and increase performance when getting particularly brutal with Smite, Berserk, etc.
One of the other large changes that won't have a direct impact on English speakers is that we've started setting things up for localisation/translation to other languages. Most of the text in the game is now able to be localised for a variety of different languages, but our hope is to utilise the community to assist in the translations over time. A CSV text file will be available with the next update allowing you to change the text in the game for different languages and we'll create a web page allowing you to submit and vote on translations which we can incorporate into future builds."
