I know I said I'd be MIA for a while because life is hectic, but I got a bit inspired last night and this video was the result. I still intend to be MIA for a while... not sure how long. It could be months or it could be weeks. It all depends.
Ben McKenzie's birthday is September 12. I thought about waiting to upload this on his birthday but decided it didn't matter. It's still dedicated to him though as an early HAPPY BIRTHDAY video to him! He's a wonderful actor and his humor is underrated so hopefully people will see how awesome he is now if they watch this.
It's my first truly fun video. It features Seth, Sandy, Taylor, Marissa, Anna, Lindsay and anyone he had funny scenes with, but it's mostly about his facial expressions and funny moments.

This video is finally finished!
It is basically a tribute to Ben McKenzie for his beautiful portrayal of my favorite, very complex character from The OC, Ryan Atwood. This video showcases Ryan's entire complex and difficult life on the show.
Thanks for all the fans that gave me reviews on the preview! It's finally here and I hope you love and enjoy this video! I'm very proud of it!
It is very long, but I assure you it will feel shorter because it's driven by action and voice overs and it will feel like you are literally watching the entire show (The OC) again through Ryan's eyes from S1 to S4. It's basically like 4 videos combined into one--one for each season.
This video delves deeply into the psychology of Ryan's character and shows how every person and event in his life affected him and shaped who was and also who he became later in life.
I'd like to dedicate this one to my friend Michal, who probably loves Ben/Ryan even more than I do and has shared her love for him with fans like me who otherwise wouldn't have gotten the chance to learn more about this brilliant actor. She gave me a few ideas for the video as well and so did my friend Oceans12 so I thank him as well! I also dedicate this video to all the fans who remained loyal fans of Ryan/Ben to the end despite the sometimes poorly written storylines and for all those lovely ladies and gentlemen that wrote some of the most interesting and awesome Ryan fanfics I have ever read! And lastly, to my friend BenQCat! It meant the world to me that you dedicated your amazing RM video to me, so I'd like to dedicate this one to you as well, especially considering in one of your PMs, you inspired me to keep on making videos. I never forgot that, and I think I've improved tremendously on my editing skills and I thank you for the inspiration! :)

I recorded this to test out the sound and picture quality of Zd Soft, a screen video capturing software. It is a trial version, which is why there is a white box at the top left of the screen.

Ryan Francis Atwood is a fictional character on the FOX television series The O.C., portrayed by Benjamin McKenzie. A troubled teenager from Chino, California, he is considered the protagonist of the show, beginning as an outcast and is brought to a lifestyle of luxury by the Cohen family and is given a second chance to pursue his life's goals and dreams.
The final line of the show is spoken by Ryan. At the very ending of the series finale, during a flashforward, Ryan leaves the construction site in which he works and as he walks towards his Range Rover he sees a kid in the same situation as he was in "Premiere". Ryan looks at the kid and says: "Hey, kid! Need any help?". The screen then fades out.
Rush found the role of Ryan Atwood particularly hard to cast and only invited Benjamin McKenzie to an audition after Warner Bros had made them aware of the young actor after his unsuccessful audition for a UPN sitcom. McKenzie lacked working experience and later described his selection as "a tremendous leap of faith" on the producers' part.Chad Michael Murray was originally offered the role of Ryan Atwood but turned it down for the lead role of Lucas Scott on One Tree Hill.

I know I said I'd be MIA for a while because life is hectic, but I got a bit inspired last night and this video was the result. I still intend to be MIA for a while... not sure how long. It could be months or it could be weeks. It all depends.
Ben McKenzie's birthday is September 12. I thought about waiting to upload this on his birthday but decided it didn't matter. It's still dedicated to him though as an early HAPPY BIRTHDAY video to him! He's a wonderful actor and his humor is underrated so hopefully people will see how awesome he is now if they watch this.
It's my first truly fun video. It features Seth, Sandy, Taylor, Marissa, Anna, Lindsay and anyone he had funny scenes with, but it's mostly about his facial expressions and funny moments.

This video is finally finished!
It is basically a tribute to Ben McKenzie for his beautiful portrayal of my favorite, very complex character from The OC, Ryan Atwood. This video showcases Ryan's entire complex and difficult life on the show.
Thanks for all the fans that gave me reviews on the preview! It's finally here and I hope you love and enjoy this video! I'm very proud of it!
It is very long, but I assure you it will feel shorter because it's driven by action and voice overs and it will feel like you are literally watching the entire show (The OC) again through Ryan's eyes from S1 to S4. It's basically like 4 videos combined into one--one for each season.
This video delves deeply into the psychology of Ryan's character and shows how every person and event in his life affected him and shaped who was and also who he became later in life.
I'd like to dedicate this one to my friend Michal, who probably loves Ben/Ryan even more than I do and has shared her love for him with fans like me who otherwise wouldn't have gotten the chance to learn more about this brilliant actor. She gave me a few ideas for the video as well and so did my friend Oceans12 so I thank him as well! I also dedicate this video to all the fans who remained loyal fans of Ryan/Ben to the end despite the sometimes poorly written storylines and for all those lovely ladies and gentlemen that wrote some of the most interesting and awesome Ryan fanfics I have ever read! And lastly, to my friend BenQCat! It meant the world to me that you dedicated your amazing RM video to me, so I'd like to dedicate this one to you as well, especially considering in one of your PMs, you inspired me to keep on making videos. Hey guys! I missed vidding so much that I got carried away and made yet ANOTHER Ryan video, but this time it is about a totally different aspect of his character than what I have been focusing on. My videos tend to be angsty, but this one I hope you will find sweet and quite adorable. The song ("Bubbly" by Colby Caillat) is adorable just as Ryan/Ben was on the show.
This video is not a relationship video, but rather it is a compilation of scenes that show how sweet a boyfriend Ryan was. It is also a tribute to Ben McKenzie's wonderful portrayal. All of the nose grazes, gentle caresses of the hands and face, kisses on the nose or cheek or forehead, etc. were so sweet and Ben made me fall in love with this character.
Marissa, Taylor, and Lindsay are all featured in the video because I feel that Ryan's sweetest moments were with them. :)
