It is a fully air conditioned 2 storey holiday home with open kitchen / living area, 3 bedrooms plus 4th bedroom / family room, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, 2 outside deck areas and 2 undercover car parks all set up to provide all the comforts required to have a prefect holiday.
There are 2 solar heated pools and a private board walk to the beach for you to enjoy. You'll have full use of both swimming pools and lawn areas with BBQ and tables plus a basketball ring.
The north facing aspect of villa 61 on the lagoon ensure an all-day enjoyment of the stupendous view without the western sun in your eyes needing you to draw the blinds.
Open the bi fold doors and enjoy the sea breeze and lagoon view.
Have BBQ on the upper deck or just sit around and enjoy the truly relaxing atmosphere.
Villa 61 south shores can easily accommodate 3 families, sleeping up to 12 people. The bedding configuration has been arranged to allow for 2 bedrooms with queen bed and 2 family type rooms. One with a double sofa bed plus 2 sets of bunks and the other family room with 2 queen futons. Porta cot, and high chair available.
Family room containing 2 queen futons has a 42’ flat screen TV and ping pong table, an absolute success with the teenagers and provides hours of family fun.
The 3rd bunk bedroom has bi-fold door that open up onto a private deck overlooking the lagoon.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped you won’t want for anything.

Lovely Property. Should be 4 and half starsVery well provisioned ,thoughtfully designed. Adults loved the upstairs for lounging, TV , with plenty of tables chairs indoors and out. the spaciousness and the wonderful roomy layout made for a great relaxing time. Children lived in the games room and everyone used the boardwalk to the beach. Interstate guests were most impressed Only difficulty was the steps into property with a walker. Needs a ramp for disabled

Lovely Place to StayIt's the second time we have stayed in the South Shores Villas Complex and we will be back for a 3rd, 4th and so on. Plenty of beds for people to sleep with relaxing surrounds.

Great place to stayWe can recommend Villa 61 for a lovely getaway with all the conveniences of having everything close. Normanville & Yankalilla are just 10 & 15 mins down the road respectively by car, a bit longer by push bike with Myponga and the micro brewery about 20 mins away. A great place to relax and do nothing or get busy cycling, walking along the beach, swimming, hiking or exploring. Now that we have had a taste of the good life, we'll be back.

Nice and relaxingGreat view, good location and lovely pool. Rumpus was cool. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable though.

What a fantastic weekend away with friends! The house is so beautiful and homely. We spent the weekend relaxing playing board games and puzzles, playing ping pong, walking around south shores and exploring the cafes of normanville and yankalilla. It was like a home away from home. And BIG enough for all our friends! Will be back for sure. Thanks.
