If the ICIJ does make a mistake of fact or substance, we will quickly and transparently correct it and explain the correction. Minor errors of spelling or punctuation will be corrected on the site without notice.

All corrections will be noted in the story and on the corrections page.

A previous version of Interpol's Red Notices used by some to pursue political dissenters, opponents erroneously listed North Korea as an Interpol member. North Korea is not a member of Interpol.
