Bathinda. A team of agriculture experts from the Centre visited villages of Abohar area of Fazilka and Bathinda districts on Friday to take stock of the whitefly attack on cotton crop. NHS Scotland has missed its target to admit patients to a specialist stroke unit within 24 hours . Only seven of the 29 hospitals met the stroke unit standard of 90%.
