I had a go at recreating the GMTV Today opening titles from 2000, mainly from memory but with a few of my own additions.
From 31st August 2004, the début of the new set for GMTV.
The new season on GMTV brought revamped titles to all three segments of GMTV. These titles for GMTV Today were very short lived! After a few days, the old music returned The weak sound is as broadcast -- even Fiona comments on it Broadcast 1 September 2003
One of the final non-widescreen broadcasts, before the new look on 31 August Broadcast 26 August 2004

The father of James Bulger, the murdered toddler, has spoken of his "hatred" of judges and the legal system for allowing his son's killers to be released. In 1993, two-year-old James was abducted from a shopping centre in Bootle, Liverpool, by Thompson and Venables. He was tortured and his body dumped on a railway line. The program follows Mr Bulger as he makes an emotional first visit to the site of his son's death, and lays flowers on the track. He describes how, after his son's death, he grappled with alcoholism, contemplated suicide and split from his wife, Denise. "I'd like to be the person I used to be," he said. "But when they killed James, I think they killed that person." Please Excuse, Some parts of the Video and Audio are out of Sync partly due to editing from old files, repe...
