Horror- Headhunter (1988) - Kay Lenz, Wayne Crawford, Steve Kanaly
Shown on cable TV in 1995 and released to video in 1997. A good old fashioned western where a dark hero comes to the aid of someone from his past, and no matter what the odds, he prevails. Lance Hendrickson is terrific as he gives off the sympathetic persona of a sad, resigned, top level professional (gunfighter) who is true to his calling, whether he chooses the situations he finds himself in or not. Upon receiving a telegram from Linda, an old lover (played by Kay Lenz), requesting his presence, he abandons his woman, mounts his horse and rides to Linda without giving it a second thought. Upon arrival, he learns that Linda is now happily married to the owner of the local general store. The only vestige of her past that remains is a daughter, who Frank is surprised to learn is his. Kay came from an L.A. showbiz family. Her father was producer/commentator Ted Lenz and her mother model/radio engineer Kay Miller Lenz. At the ripe old age of eight weeks, Kay appeared on her first TV show produced by her dad as a baby being held up and sung to. She continued on in her father's TV shows and commercials throughout her childhood. In the 60s, she appeared as a teen on stage (Pasadena Playhouse) and in guest parts on "The Monroes" (1966), "The Andy Griffith Show" (1960) and "Ironside" (1967). Kay flirted with 70s film stardom after being cast by director Clint Eastwood in the film Breezy (1973) opposite William Holden as a plucky, troubled hippie/free spirit who has an affair with a much older businessman. Kay was singled out for her affecting performance but the film was igno...
I took my time
But there was nothing I could ever find
Exept the curse in my mind
You know that I
Yeah I do better alone
So let me try
Come on, come on, come on
Oh no,can'tyou see?
Oh No!
It pulls you down,I know
I've got to move, but it's too slow
Ain't gotno eyes
'Cause there is nothing to see
Ain't got no rights
While you are punishing me
Oh the night I hear them laughing at me
Yeah in the night i hear them laughing at me
And so, I see it's falling down tonight
And so I put it all aside
The more I do the less you try
But we don't fit at all
Around and 'round
I hardly lied
When I said it was me
It fells apart
And then it came back to me
Oh in the night I hear them laughing at me
Oh in the night I hear them laughing at me
