Bank of Queensland have been extremely helpful. In the time we have had our home loan. They are always very courteous and prompt. The staff never make you feel as if you are asking silly questions, even if you are!

Cua have always been either better or on par with other basic variable rates and we have never had a problem with them. They are always friendly in their branches and having the Redi ATMs as part of their service, it makes it easy to find an ATM that won't charge a fee. My only negative is that you have to go into a branch to chase up a better deal. They have a cheaper rate at the moment that I wouldn't have known about if I didn't go into the branch. Maybe I could have been notified about it by an email at the very least. Also depositing in an ATM would be helpful too.

Although a nightmare when first getting home loan. However when illness took over not long into getting the loan they worked over backwards to help me. Loan rate offered is much higher than other banks though.

I like how easy it is to contact Bankwest. Staff are always helpful and I love that I can chat online to save time. My rate is high compared to other lenders, I'm looking at my options for a refinance. That said, my loan is an investment loan.
