After like six or seven tries I finally managed to do the mission properly. Had some trouble keeping the Tokugawa units from routing. For anyone else struggling, here's the battle with the cutscenes and stuff. In hindsight, I should have moved Hideyoshi's unit to the top, but I was expecting them to charge the middle as well. Recorded on the PC version with Shadowplay on a G751.

Traits are passive special abilities that automatically take effect when the officer is present. They can be learned when the officer levels up or through his/her retainers and can affect strategic, military, or diplomatic situations, among others. Tactics are actions unique to each officer that can be used to strengthen the army or weaken the enemy for a short period of time. Hailed as one of the best installments in the franchise's history, this extremely intricate, deep, and meticulous strategy game is set against a backdrop of a fragmented nation. Battles play a vital role in Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence. Although it is not necessary for players to declare war to strengthen their position, enemy lords may attack castles, towns, and settlements to increase their area of influence and grow their wealth. Defeating enemy fiefs can also strengthen the overall standing of the player's chosen clan, so growing a strong, well-equipped and well-trained, loyal army is key to successfully completing the game. Players can enter the battlefield with one or multiple army regiments, call on banner-men, allies and subordinates, and strategically use the terrain to the advantage of their clan! Battles are resolved in multiple ways, including a remote, birds-eye view of the map where there is free control of individual armies or combinations of allied forces, and a close-up view option that offers more control of individual units. The first option allows for a Multi-faceted Battle with various fronts and skirmishes across the map, and allows control of the chosen clan and its allied forces. All battles are in real time, so this offers a better overview of the map, as well as ally and enemy movements. With the second option, players can strategize further using information such as terrain particularities and current weather conditions. The modern day Iranian sphere of influence is actually very similar to the process that happened two millenia ago, when the Persian Empire was founded. In the ancient times the Persian armies conquered, Babylon, the capital of Mesopotamia. Only after this conquest were the Persians able to exert their power throughout the region. And with no regional power to oppose them, the Persians quickly established an empire that stretched from the Hindu Kush to the Sinai and it all started with Babylon. Names have changes but strategy remains the same and with the fall of Saddam and his Ba'ath Party, Tehran was quick to fill the gap of power. This triggered Iran's new sphere of influence.

This is another movie I made for my world studies class (It's kind of boring): In 1860, Russia takes possesion of a large stretch of china's nothern boarder. In 1894, Japan helps Korea gain its independance and also gains Taiwan as well as some of western china. Then, over time, Russia, Britan, France, and Germany all recieve spheres of influence over certain areas. The British took the Chang River valley, the french gained terrotory near Indochina, and germany and russia gained territory in northern china. Though the United States did not partake in the carving up of China, it demanded equal commercial trading rights because it feared that european powers might shut out american merchants. Then in 1898, John Hay proposed the open door policy which called for the establishment of equal trading rights to all nations in all parts of China and for recognition of Chinese territorial integrity And the open door policy kept foreign powers from carving up china into colonies.
