Kobe (神戸市, Kōbe-shi, Japanese pronunciation: [koːꜜbe]) is the sixth-largest city in Japan and is the capital city of Hyōgo Prefecture. It is located on the southern side of the main island of Honshū, on the north shore of Osaka Bay and about 30 km (19 mi) west of Osaka. With a population around 1.5 million, the city is part of the Keihanshin metropolitan area along with Osaka and Kyoto.
The earliest written records regarding the region come from the Nihon Shoki, which describes the founding of the Ikuta Shrine by Empress Jingū in AD 201. For most of its history, the area was never a single political entity, even during the Tokugawa Period, when the port was controlled directly by the Tokugawa Shogunate. Kobe did not exist in its current form until its founding in 1889. Its name comes from "kanbe" (神戸), an archaic title for supporters of the city's Ikuta Shrine. Kobe became one of Japan's 17 designated cities in 1956.
Kobe was one of the cities to open for trade with the West following the 1853 end of the policy of seclusion and has since been known as a cosmopolitan port city. While the 1995 Great Hanshin earthquake diminished much of Kobe's prominence as a port city, it remains Japan's fourth busiest container port. Companies headquartered in Kobe include ASICS, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and Kobe Steel, as well as over 100 international corporations with Asian or Japanese headquarters in the city such as Eli Lilly and Company, Procter & Gamble, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Nestlé. The city is the point of origin and namesake of Kobe beef, as well as the site of one of Japan's most famous hot spring resorts, Arima Onsen.
Travis Landon Barker (born November 14, 1975) is an American musician and producer, and the drummer for the American rock band Blink-182. Barker has also performed as a frequent collaborator with hip-hop artists, and with the alternative rock band +44, the rap rock group the Transplants, and the alternative rock band Box Car Racer. He was a frequent collaborator with the late DJ AM, and together they formed TRV$DJAM.
After the split of his first band, Feeble, Barker began playing for the Aquabats in 1996 as the Baron Von Tito. He recorded one album with them, The Fury of The Aquabats!, in 1997. His career took off when he joined up with Blink-182 in 1998. Barker has since established himself as a versatile drummer, producing and making guest appearances in music projects of numerous music genres including hip hop, alternative rock, pop and country. He has gained significant acceptance within the hip-hop community in particular and often collaborates with artists to compose rock-tinged remixes to their songs. Barker collaborated with artists (including Game, Yelawolf, Tom Morello, Corey Taylor, Slaughterhouse, Raekwon, Busta Rhymes, RZA, Slash, and other musicians) for his solo debut album, Give the Drummer Some, which was released on March 15, 2011.
Aaron Dontez Yates (born November 8, 1971), better known by his stage name Tech N9ne (pronounced Tech Nine), is an American rapper. In 1999, Yates and business partner Travis O'Guin founded the record label Strange Music. He has sold over two million albums and has had his music featured in film, television, and video games. In 2009, he won the Left Field Woodie award at the mtvU Woodie Awards.
His stage name originated from the TEC-9 semi-automatic handgun, a name given to him by rapper Black Walt due to his fast-rhyming Chopper style. Yates later applied a deeper meaning to the name, claiming that it stands for the complete technique of rhyme, with "tech" meaning technique and "nine" representing the number of completion.
In 1971, Yates was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He began rapping at a very early age, and would rap the letters of his name in order to remember how to spell it. He never met his father, and his mother suffered from epilepsy and lupus when he was a child, which emotionally affected him and inspired him to "search for God". He would explore abandoned buildings with his best friend, hoping to catch a ghost on film. He attended Southwest High School in Kansas City.
Bernard Freeman (born March 19, 1973), professionally known by his stage name Bun B, is an American rapper and was one half of the southern rap duo UGK (UnderGround Kingz). He is also a guest lecturer at Rice University, located in Houston, Texas. He released his third official solo album, Trill OG, on August 3, 2010, which received a 5 Mic "Classic" rating in The Source magazine - the first album in over five years to receive the honor.
In the late 1980s, Pimp C started the rap duo UGK. He first released a demo tape titled "Underground King" which didn't feature Bun B on the track. Instead, it featured Pimp C's friend Mitchell Queen. Bun B and friend Jalon Jackson had their own group called P.A. Militia. Both groups joined forces and formed the group 4 Black Ministers. Queen and Jackson later left the group leaving Pimp C and Bun B so they decided to revert to UGK. The demo Pimp C recorded with Mitchell Queen, Underground King, caught the attention of an independent label in Houston called Bigtyme Records. They then released an extended play titled The Southern Way. The release of this record caught the attention of Jive Records. While recording their debut album, Too Hard to Swallow, many of the songs had content too explicit for the album, so Bigtyme Records released an extended play titled Banned before the album was released, including all the songs that were too explicit for Too Hard to Swallow. The song "Pocket Full of Stones" became the first UGK song to get major airplay throughout the United States. Their second album, Super Tight..., followed in 1994. Their third album, Ridin' Dirty, peaked at number 2 on the R&B Charts in 1996, and at number 15 on the Billboard 200. After releasing their fourth studio album, Dirty Money, Pimp C got sentenced to jail.

Shannon Sharpe presents the usual dumbass arguments that the LeBron fan club uses to put down previous legends like MJ, Kobe, Bird, Magic, and more. LeBron is a great player, but Stephen Jackson isn't the first nor will he be the last NBA player to share their thoughts on just how good Kobe really was. Note: I don't hate LeBron, I am just objective about what I see on the court. Skill, play style, shooting ability, passing ability, 50/50 hustle, competition, flopping, whining, instigating, etc. are all more important to me than career totals, or box scores. Feel free to argue below, but please don't repeat any of the dumb shit Shannon already said.

March 2016 We are still in Osaka, and since Kobe is so close by we decided to visit. Names and links to the places we visited are in the description below ~ ——— We took an evening trip to Kobe - The land of beef. But we didn’t have any steak! But we had lots of other delicious things instead. This was my first time ever visiting Kobe, so I was happy just exploring for a bit. We started off around the main station and then made our way down to the harborland. (But we will probably go back here sometime soon to have some real Kobe beef!) --- Hyotan Sannomiya - Gyoza A gyoza restaurant with a long history. This place only serves gyoza! But probably also the best gyoza in town. The place is small tho, so you usually have to stand in line for a while, depending on when you visit. We only h...

Kobe (神戸, Kōbe) is the capital of Hyogo Prefecture and one of Japan's ten largest cities. Located between the sea and the Rokko mountain range, Kobe is also considered one of Japan's most attractive cities. Kobe has been an important port city for many centuries. Its port was among the first to be opened to foreign trade in the 19th century alongside the ports of Yokohama, Nagasaki, Hakodate and Niigata. In 1995, Kobe was hit by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, which killed over 5000 people and destroyed tens of thousands of buildings. Today the city is completely rebuilt, and few signs of the terrible event remain. [Verse 1: Jaylib]
It's j.a.y l.I.b killa dog hold tha track
Hold tha backs like ya backs amongst the raps
Hold tha mac
(so, what's your roll in this music)
I have the same questions
I'm just trying to create new composition
In debate, the reinnastate, a paperweight
To rennovate, techniplate, and immigrate
And playahate, lay your face, we keep it live
When we roll, cause we call, comming in, stereo
On the phone, get the ho, everywhere we go
And if not, nigga please on your mom
Trigger squeeze, under these,
While I fuck up one of these,
Like, no dose, coke up in ya nose
Some weed up in ya lungs,
The heroin in your vains
You know, sober just by saying the name
It's all up in, all up in this game
So, what up ma comming with me
It's the j.a.y l.I.b
[Chorus: Talib Kweli]
Now everybody let's gather around
Cause all we want to do is, just get on down now
I like the sound, bro
I know you do too, cause on the down low
I'm fuckin' with you
[Verse 2: Talib Kweli]
From the front to tha back
People jump to tha track
Cause they pumpin' like crack
Cause it's funk in the back
Cause the trunk gettin' track
Jump off, run back
Come back, cause they like that raw shit,
They want that, jump back when I kiss myself
And jay's crown, got to lay down
It's not the same sound, it's not the playground
We hot, to spray around, shot the plane down
Got the place around, you held hostage,

Rockin' the brown, nigga, put it down,
