Ya Salam (Arabic: يا سلام‎) (Translated: How Fantastic) is the third album by Arabic Pop singer Nancy Ajram released in 2003. It's considered to be her breakthrough album, of which contained the smash hit "Akhasmak Ah".

Nor Aniza Binte Haji Idris or better known as Noraniza Idris in the Malaysian music industry, is known in her home country as the queen of pop. The genre she plays is known as irama malaysia, which fuses local traditional genres with Anglo-American pop music. Lyrically, her music includes references to the revival of traditional Malay music.. She began her career as a wedding singer, and soon found herself in the recording studio after participating the Bintang RTM (a talent search singing contest) in 1985.

Nancy Nabil Ajram (Arabic: نانسي نبيل عجرم‎), (born May 16, 1983) is a multi-platinum recording artist and Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF. With the support of her father, Nancy began performing as a child and released her first studio album by the age of 15. Her breakthrough occurred with the start of her collaboration with well-known producer Jiji Lamara, when she released her smash-hit "Akhasmak Ah" and 3rd studio album, Ya Salam. In 2004, she released her second international best-seller "Ah w Noss", which spawned several smash-hits, "Ah w Noss", "Lawn Ouyounak", and "Inta Eih" at which point Nancy had established pop icon status in the Middle East.

Her 2008 album "Bitfakkar Fi Eih" spawned seven singles and won Nancy's first World Music Award as Best-selling Middle Eastern Artist, the youngest Arab WMA winner to date. She has released seven studio albums to date and numerous other chart-topping singles such as "Sehr Ouyouno", "Atabtab", "Moegaba", "Ehsas Jdeed", "El Donya Helwa", "Mashi Haddi", and "Fi Hagat".

Ahmed Soultan (أحمد سلطان) is a Moroccan singer artist,considered as one of the leaders of the "Nayda".(new urban moroccan scene).

The stage name "Soultan" is inspired from "soul".

Soultan was born in Taroudant in the district of Souss-Massa-Draâ.

In 2005, Soultan was invited to take part in the Dakar International Festival of Film and was a supporting artist in a concert by Tiken Jah Fakoly. Also in 2005, Ahmed Soultan was invited to perform at the Kora Awards in South Africa, to represent North Africa. The same year, he opened one of Tiken Jah Fakoly's concerts in Dakar. In 2007, Ahmed Soultan produced the soundtrack of a successful series broadcasted in Morocco and the Arab world.

Ehab Tawfik (Arabic: إيهاب توفيق‎) (born January 7, 1966) is an Egyptian singer.

Ehab Tawfik was only a child when he learned how to play the lute, and his love for music started when he was only nine years old. His first single "Dany" was released in 1989. His first album "Ekminny" was released in 1990. In 1995 he received his Masters Degree for his thesis: "The Egyptian Song in the Second Half of the Twentieth Century". Not satisfied with just a masters, Ehab worked toward his Doctorate in Music and Arabic singing, completed in April 2002. The doctorate was entitled "The Methods of Performing Arabic Singing in Egypt during the second half of the last century".

He is seen as one of the top singers in the Arab world, and is especially revered in his hometown. Arguably, his greatest exposure as an artist came on February 26, 2001, when he performed for 50,000 people at a benefit concert to raise funds for Iraqis who were maimed during the Gulf War in Baghdad.

Critics say the successes of Ehab's albums year after year can be attributed to his warm voice, good lyrics, and ability to find talented composers. Ehab signed with record label Alam El Phan in 2007. He has two children, Ahmed and Mahmoud with his wife Nada.
