Arina Ephipania, vokalis grup musik indie pop asal Bandung, Mocca, pada pertengahan 2015 lalu telah pulang dari Amerika Serikat dan kembali menetap secara permanen di Indonesia guna melanjutkan perjalanan karier bandnya yang kini telah berdiri selama tujuh belas tahun lamanya.
Arina bersama Mocca awalnya berkiprah di kancah musik independen Tanah Air sejak 1999 dan hingga kini telah merilis empat album studio. Nama Mocca terus menjulang tinggi saat lagu “Me and My Boyfriend” dari album debut 'My Diary' rilis pada 2002 silam, dan cukup lama bertengger di tangga lagu teratas bersama nomor “Mimpi yang Sempurna” dari Peterpan (kini NOAH).
Pada awal 2015, Mocca kembali dari masa vakum dengan merilis album keempat mereka yang diberi judul 'Home'. Album ini merupakan sebuah upaya yang solid dari Arina, Riko Prayitno (gitar), Indra Massad (drum), dan Toma Pratama (bass) untuk melepaskan diri dari masa-masa sulit yang terjadi di band sejak kepindahan Arina ke Amerika Serikat.
Menjalankan karier musik hampir dua dekade lamanya bersama Mocca, menjadikan Arina sebagai salah satu vokalis perempuan Indonesia saat ini yang berkarakter kuat dan populer.
Dengan status seperti di atas, tentu menjadi sangat menarik untuk mendengarkan pendapat Arina tentang para vokalis perempuan Indonesia lainnya yang eksis di kancah musik nasional sebelum maupun sesudah dirinya.

The Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art (MOCCA) was founded from the former Art Gallery of North York in 1999, and exists as a not-for-profit, arms-length agency of the City of Toronto. In 2005, MOCCA relocated to the West Queen West Art + Design District in downtown Toronto.
The mandate of the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art is to exhibit, research, collect, and promote innovative art by Canadian and international artists whose works engage and address challenging issues and themes relevant to our times. MOCCA is committed to providing a forum for emerging artists that show particular promise and to established artists whose works are considered to be ground-breaking or influential.[citation needed]
Featuring two primary exhibition spaces, the 5,000 sq, ft. Main Space and the 1,000 sq ft (93 m2). Project Room, MOCCA presents a variety of exhibitions. Since 2005, over 800 artists have been featured in more than 80 exhibitions and projects. In addition MOCCA includes work by non-Canadian artists, in group exhibitions, to foster a global context for the Canadian cultural voice. It is MOCCA’s objective to forge a network of contacts and partnerships locally, nationally and internationally as a catalyst for local-to-global connectivity and engagement. Since 2001, MOCCA has presented exhibitions and projects in 7 countries outside of Canada, including the United States, China, Taiwan, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.[citation needed]

Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival 2016 kembali hadir pada 4-6 Maret 2016. Mocca sendiri dijadwalkan tampil di gelaran festival jazz terbesar di Indonesia pada 5 Maret 2016. Tentunya bakal ada kejutan yang disiapkan Arina, Toma, Riko, dan Indra untuk penampilan mereka di Jakarta International Java Jazz tahun ini.
Yap, sebuah single baru berjudul “When We Were Young” akan mereka suguhkan bagi Swinging Friends yang hadir di Java Jazz nanti secara perdana. Single ini menceritakan tentang sebuah perjalanan hidup yang menceritakan tentang hari kemarin saat masa muda dan apa yang akan kita lakukan bersama setelah tua nanti.
Kejutannya tak hanya sampai di sana, di single ini suara manis dan tinggi Arina akan berbaur dengan suara dari Vicky Mono, vokalis band metal Burgerkill. Berangkat dari rasa penasaran akan suara vokalis band metal, menjadikan Mocca mantap memilih frontman band cadas asal Bandung ini dan membuat sebuah kolaborasi yang amat baru bagi Mocca.
“Di single baru, kita mencoba bekerja sama dengan orang orang di luar lingkaran Mocca secara musikal. Sebenarnya kita penasaran sama suara vokalis band metal, kalau nyanyi clean seperti apa? Nah, ternyata dijawab dengan baik oleh Vicky. Sekaligus mengeksplor juga Vicky yang frontman Burgerkill kalau di bawah bendera Mocca akan jadi seperti apa” tutur Riko Prayitno.
Vicky sendiri mengaku senang dapat ikut berpartisipasi dan menjadi bagian sejarah perjalanan Mocca. Mencari range vokal yang tepat dan menyelami swing feeling menjadi tantangan yang dianggap menarik vokalis cadas ini.
“Menyanyikan genre musik yang teman-teman Mocca mainkan itu seperti sederhana tetapi sulit untuk menyelaminya karena banyak sekali teknik-teknik baru yang gue tidak tahu tapi itu sangat menarik sekali, ini juga alasan utama mengapa gue mau diajak kerjasama teman-teman Mocca karena gue yakin banyak hal-hal baru yang bakal didapat,” ujar Vicky.
Selain itu, kolaborasi ini juga dianggap sebagai salah satu yang bisa membuka pandangan bahwa musik itu luas dan bisa dipadupadankan. “Selama masih dalam garis movement yang serumpun dan visi misi bermusik yang sama, kolaborasi adalah bukan pilihan yang keliru. Musik bagi gue merupakan dunia yang lapang tanpa harus terkotak-kotak oleh pembagian genre,” pungkasnya.

In 2000, the museum received the Liliane and David M Stewart Collection as a gift, comprising some 5,000 items of decorative art dating from the end of the 1930s onwards. The whole collection of the former Montreal Museum of Decorative Arts, one of the most important in North America, thus entered the museum. The museum also has a reputation for hosting outstanding temporary exhibitions.

Canada's largest natural science museum complex, Space for Life, offers four different attractions. The newest opened in spring 2013; the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium housed in a $48million building featuring two silver cones pointing skywards like telescopes. Inside, in the Chaos Theatre, visitors can journey into space against the backdrop of a Philip Glass symphony soundtrack. The planetarium also contains a permanent exhibition of meteorites and interactive terminals, videos and multimedia games. Also on the site is a Biodôme where you can learn about flora and fauna in five different ecosystems, an Insectarium offering a diverse and colourful collection of insects, butterflies, moths and spiders, and the Botanical Garden covering 73 hectares (180 acres), which includes a Chinese garden, Japanese garden and a Tree House displaying information on Quebec's forests.

Vancouver's natural history museum is one of the newest additions to the UBC campus, opening in late 2010 and amalgamating several biological collections. The numbers are mind boggling: over 40,000 species of mammals, birds, amphibians and reptiles, more than 660,000 plant and fungi specimens, over 600,000 entomological specimens, over 800,000 fish specimens, thousands of marine invertebrates and more than 20,000 fossils. You won't see all on display at once, but guides can introduce you to a vast, captivating array. And you definitely can't miss the whopping 26m (85ft) blue whale skeleton suspended in the entrance atrium.

Situated on the UBC campus, MOA is a striking building designed by renowned Vancouver architect Arthur Erickson for the purpose of displaying a comprehensive collection of British Columbia's First Nations heritage. Roedde House Museum
Located in Barclay Heritage Square, a group of nine renovated houses in Vancouver's West End, Roedde House offers a fascinating insight into middle-class life at the turn of the 20th century. The late Victorian home was built for German immigrant Gustav Roedde (the city's first bookbinder), his wife Matilda and their children. The rooms have been thoughtfully restored with period furnishings and many of the family's own belongings. On Sunday afternoons, you can combine your tour with a tea tasting.

VanDusen Botanical Garden
The VanDusen Botanical Garden is home to a variety of beautiful and exotic plants. The main attraction for many visitors, however, is the Elizabethan hedge maze, one of only six in North America. One of the best times for tourists to visit the gardens is in December, when the grounds are lit by thousands of Christmas lights. The architecturally stylish visitor centre opened in 2011 and comprises state-of-the-art ecological technologies, including a system to clean and re-use toilet water in the garden.

Situated on the UBC campus, MOA is a striking building designed by renowned Vancouver architect Arthur Erickson for the purpose of displaying a comprehensive collection of British Columbia's First Nations heritage. The simple concrete forms allow the star attraction, totem poles, to stand out against the view of the ocean visible through the expanse of glass walls. The museum also celebrates world arts and cultures, with over 10,000 objects on display in its Multiversity Galleries.

Roedde House Museum
Located in Barclay Heritage Square, a group of nine renovated houses in Vancouver's West End, Roedde House offers a fascinating insight into middle-class life at the turn of the 20th century. The late Victorian home was built for German immigrant Gustav Roedde (the city's first bookbinder), his wife Matilda and their children. The rooms have been thoughtfully restored with period furnishings and many of the family's own belongings. On Sunday afternoons, you can combine your tour with a tea tasting.

VanDusen Botanical Garden
The VanDusen Botanical Garden is home to a variety of beautiful and exotic plants. The main attraction for many visitors, however, is the Elizabethan hedge maze, one of only six in North America. One of the best times for tourists to visit the gardens is in December, when the grounds are lit by thousands of Christmas lights. The architecturally stylish visitor centre opened in 2011 and comprises state-of-the-art ecological technologies, including a system to clean and re-use toilet water in the garden.

The permanent collection also includes works by Canadian and international artists and is supplemented by a variety of touring exhibitions. Miami is almost more Latin American than simply American - famed for its sunny weather, savoir faire, legendary party scene and super-cool South Beach style.
Miami and its neighbouring city Miami Beach are cities of emotion, colour and texture. Much of Miami's appeal is due to its diverse neighbourhoods, which range from towering, contemporary skyscrapers in Downtown Miami (the commercial heart of the city) to Little Havana, home to its thriving Cuban community. Meanwhile, the Port of Miami is the world's largest cruise port.
Miami Beach is world-renowned for its 'gold coast' hotel strip, palatial properties and exceptional outdoor recreational facilities. Its glamorous, see-and-be-seen South Beach neighbourhood is instantly recognisable, with its candy-coloured art deco buildings set against a pure South Florida backdrop of cloudless skies, dazzling blue ocean, pale sandy beaches and swaying palm trees. Beautiful, tanned bodies parade the sands and everyone dresses - or dresses down - to impress. This is a city where sporting speedos on Ocean Drive -- and little else -- will barely raise an eyebrow.
Throw in plenty of celebrity kudos -- the likes of Will Smith and P Diffy are regular visitors -- and the city's glittering reputation is sealed. It started in the 1990s when tv cop show Miami Vice helped to glamorise the city; in essence, the growth of many of its swanky nightclubs and condos were bankrolled by the illegal drug trade and criminal underworld. Today, the city's exclusive bars and clubs draw a host of Hollywood A-listers, jet-setters, models and wannabes.
But there is much more to the city that its superficial trappings of sun, sand and heat. It is fast becoming one of the most exciting cultural cities in the United States. The Wynwood Arts District and Miami Design District are thriving hubs for the arts. Meanwhile, 2013 will see the Miami Art Museum move to new premises in the middle of a sprawling museum park at Biscayne Bay. In 2014, it will be joined by a new science museum harnessing energy from the water, sun and wind, and featuring a 600,000 gallon acquarium and a 3D planetarium. In 2011, the Frank Gehry-created New World Center created waves of excitement thanks to its show-stopping, post-modernist design that offers something else to gawp at in Miami Beach. In addition, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) has recently benefitted from a multi-million dollar refurb that has tripled its gallery space.
Meanwhile, for food aficionados, the city's dining scene offers an eclectic mix. Of course, it pays to try some Cuban food; arroz con pollo (baked chicken with saffron rice) or the ubiquitous platanos (fried plantains) are ubiquitous, as is yuca, a potato-like vegetable. But there's something for every palate, including steakhouses, Japanese, Italian, and New World cuisine, a mouth-watering blend of local produce, Latin American and Caribbean fare.
If you want to explore beyond Miami, then head west to the Everglades, a sprawling flooded wetland and home to wild alligators. Alternatively, seek out classy Fort Lauderdale to the north; bohemian Florida Keys to the south or Biscayne National Park for some manatee-spotting, snorkelling, diving or canoeing.
All this only serves to underline the one ethos that Miami locals abide by: life here is not about work but plenty of play.

Glasgow has seen more changes in the past three decades than almost any other British city. From a declining industrial centre with widespread pessimism about its future, Scotland's biggest city has been transformed into a vibrant, dynamic city hailed as one of the hippest spots in Europe.
A large student population has given the city a youthful, progressive character and, with thumping nightlife, one of the strongest live music scenes in the UK, plus first-rate shopping. Glasgow continues to assert itself as one of Britain's most appealing destinations.
With several outstanding art galleries, including the high-profile Burrell Collection, and several excellent museums as a starting point, Glasgow was chosen as a European City of Culture in 1990. You can see Glasgow's tradition of great design in the classical architecture of Alexander 'Greek' Thomson and the organic, art nouveau style of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Today, Glasgow's School of Art continues to produce world-class talent.
Glasgow has a proud history - the long list of inventors, engineers, writers and architects of the 19th and 20th centuries were part of the driving force of industrialisation, tamed by socially progressive values in the 'second city' of the British Empire. Around 1900, Glasgow was one of the wealthiest cities in the world, which led to a number of lavish Victorian public buildings springing up to symbolise its riches. The city also became an important shipbuilding centre -- it was here that Cunard's QE2 was built - and was well known for its Clydeside engineering works.
Despite the subsequent decline of these industries in the 20th century, the devastation wrought by WWll and the profound impact of post-war urban malaise on social housing, jobs, crime and inner city deprivation, Glasgow has bounced back with a definite spring in its step.
Since the 1980s, the last 30 years has been seen the city transform, thanks to investment from the city council and the Scottish Development Agency; the riverside area has regenerated and its arts, music and culture scenes are flourishing. Glasgow was declared a UNESCO City of Music in 2008 in recognition of its musically diverse output ranging from classical and contemporary to country and Celtic, while The Turner Prize will be presented here in 2015, the first time the accolade will be handed out in Scotland.
Meanwhile, the Merchant City -- one of the city's oldest districts formerly home to monks and merchants -- has been revitalised with boutique hotels, bars, restaurants, shops and galleries now occupying previously derelict market buildings and old warehouses.
In addition, Glasgow is preparing to limber up for the international spotlight when it will play host to 4,500 athletes as part of the 20th Commonwealth Games in 2014. Most events will take place in venues spread across the west, south and eastern parts of the city, while over £2 billion has been pumped into improving transport.
Thanks to its geographic location, visitors to Glasgow can nip to some of the most stunning landscapes in the country, with Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park less than an hour's drive away and a mecca for adventure and outdoors-lovers.

*In Sevilla I interview two flamenco dancers, Asa Danielson from Sweden, and Elena Moro Roman, an Australian of Spanish Background. Both have moved to Sevilla to practice flamenco. I also try to define the flamenco term 'Duende', with interpretative dance and poetry.
*Cuenca, a Unesco World Heritage site, has a rich and varied history. Best known for it's Hanging Houses, Cuenca was founded as a Moorish fort, became a centre for religious orders, and more recently, became home for many artists. I interview Alberto Cuesta Senior about the joys of maintaining a garden and spoke with Antonio Perez about his Contemporary Art Museum.
*Benimaclet was a farming village on the outskirts of Valencia. As Valencia grows, one history replaces another. Alberto Cuesta, a scientist discusses the changes occurring in his Benimaclet neighborhood.
*Cave Dwellers (cuevas) of San Miguel Alto. In Granada I visit the Alhambra, a fine example of Moorish Architecture, which uses the aesthetically pleasing golden ratio in its dimensions. I then learn about cave living, interviewing such characters as Dr, Sun, who uses a solar cooking machine to prepare meals.
*What I like about Vigo is that it is not a tourist town. It is just a town where Spanish life carries on as it has for generations. I was a guest of the Ramallo family, and interviewed Fernando Ramallo, a linguistics professor, about the various languages spoken in Spain.
*The Basque people and their language may well be the oldest in europe, pre dating the Celts and the Romans. I investigate whether they know of the fountain of youth. Rebecca Ezquerro helps me on my search
*It is always interesting to hear what people have to say about their city. In Barcelona I interviewed Nick Musgrave, and englishman who moved from London to pursuit photography, and Pilar de la Pena Sanchez, who believes the streets of Barcelona act out like a movie.
*The theme for my Madrid video is follow your dream. I interview Marta Escauriaza about living her dream of running a restaurant, and Javier Icazuriaga about his recently established music recording business.
