Less than 1 hour from the CBD, Sky High Mount Dandenong is one of Melbourne's most popular tourist destinations.

SkyHigh has something for the whole family, including a beautiful English garden, adventurous SkyHigh maze, contemporary cafe/family bistro, viewing terrace with stunning views of Port Phillip Bay to the You Yangs, links to forest walks in the Dandenong Ranges National Park, the secret garden, picnic lawn with public barbeques and much more.

Renamed as the Sky High Mount Dandenong in 2005, the Observatory, as it is still known, is perched 633 metres above sea level and is a restaurant cum vantage point - ideal to sit back and watch the changing moods of the city.

The Mt Dandenong Tourist Road is the gateway to Sky High, starting at Upper Ferntree Gully and winds through very scenic and lush green foliage of great native ferns and mountain ash forests.

Sky High is open 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm on weekdays, 8 am to 10 pm on weekends and public holidays.
