Mad March Melbourne 2016

Mad March Melbourne 2016

If there was any dispute as to Australia's leading events city, one only has to look at Melbourne in March to see how many first-class, world events are on.

Melbourne is proud of its reputation as Australia's sporting capital, but it also celebrates the best in design, food and wine, the great outdoors, music and the arts, fashion and film.

Says lord mayor Robert Doyle: "March is perfect for events in Melbourne. Good weather, Christmas is a memory, we've paid down some of that credit card debt and we know we are about to take a deep breath before winter. Look, other festivals would love to move to March - but there's no room!"
