Geelong Gaol Tours

Geelong Gaol opened in 1853 and is one of Australia's most intact 19th century convict prisons.

Explore this prison after dark and be haunted by stories of convicts, murderers and lunatics who once called this three story blue stone building home.

GHOST TOURS

Geelong Gaol Ghost Tours will take you back to a time when the building housed male and female prisoners, as well as children from the Geelong industrial school.

The tour travels through the most intact 3 story cell blocks in Australia, punishment cells, exercise yard, kitchen, condemned cells and gallows.

Tours are limited to 30 people, and are led by a team of professional theatrical historians.

7 nights a week at 8pm.

Cost is $30 per adult and $25 concession/children
(Children price applies to 15 and under)

This tour is not suitable for children under 8*

Children

Please note: The guides of Twisted History carry Working With Children Cards. Although a "ghost tour" with creepy elements, it is essentially a history tour suitable for ages 8 and above.
