Butter Factory Tours

Housed in the original red brick butter factory dating back to the early 1900's we have created a welcoming atmosphere with a retail area for butter sales and tastings and a quiet spot for coffee and cake.

Historical Butter Factory and Tasting Tours

Every Monday at 11am we have a guided tour of the Factory and tasting of Butter factory products. Tour duration is 45 minutes.

Learn how Myrtleford Cultured Butter is made, the history of the factory and sample the different butters made on site. We have no age restriction on this tour.

Cost $8 per person over 10 years old - Kids aged 5 -10 are $5ea - Kids under 5 free

Hands-on Buttermaking Tours

Enjoy the opportunity to be hands on in the factory making award winning Myrtleford Cultured Butter, buttermilk ricotta and learning the secret to some of our specialty aromatic butters.

Tour starts at 10:30am and will finish at 2:30pm, lunch is provided and a tasting of Myrtleford Butter Factory Produce and your own butter to take home with you.

Minimum age is 16 years. As we are a commercial factory, we cannot allow children under 16 into the production room. We are also unable to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers in the butter room.

Maximum 10 people per tour.
