Kubota Corporation (株式会社クボタ, Kabushiki-kaisha Kubota?) is a tractor and heavy equipment manufacturer based in Osaka, Japan. One of its notable contributions was to the construction of the Solar Ark. The company was established in 1890.
The company produces many products including:
In 1969, Kubota began exporting its 21 horsepower (16 kW) L200 compact tractors to the United States. Because of the initial success in the American marketplace, the Kubota Tractor Corporation was formed in Torrance, California in 1972. Kubota also owns other similar tractor companies in many countries including Australia[1], Canada[2], France[3], Germany[4], Poland[5], Spain[6], and the United Kingdom[7]
In 1988, Kubota opened its first manufacturing facility, Kubota Manufacturing of America [8], in Gainesville, GA (USA) for the production of front end loader and backhoe implements for Kubota tractors. Later, other products were added including an array of lawn and garden tractors and utility vehicles.
In 2006, the aforementioned front end loader and backhoe production was transferred from KMA to a new manufacturing facility, Kubota Industrial Equipment, near Jefferson, GA (USA). This facility also prepares/configures the larger (B, L & M-series) tractors from Japan for delivery to KTC's central, northern and southeast division (region) dealerships.

Plot: Its streets overrun with children, the village of Kaname has distinguished itself with the highest birth rate in Japan. Its citizens are excited-tomorrow, the Prime Minister arrives to formally celebrate Kaname's demographic distinction. The spirit is festive, except for one 14-year-old girl. She knows the secret of Kaname's fecundity, and she's typing up a tell-all letter to a prominent journalist, revealing the crazy, complicated tale. It all began 14 years ago... Betrayed and disgraced, big-city reporter Kazuya Mizuno is banished to a desk at Kaname's boring little town newspaper. But Kaname isn't as boring as it seems on the surface. Not with characters around like Shimeko, a girl genius with a childlike lack of propriety, and her ace fisherman/folk-singer dad. Or the overbearing and unpleasant local Shinto priest, a former Christian cultist. Or Endo, Kazuya's new colleague, a bitter drunk after his son's suicide. Or Kin, a former (?) Marxist terrorist, now a hermit on his boat engaging in secret "research." Or perhaps most importantly Teruko, the hypnotically beautiful bar owner, the focus of all manner of innuendo and intrigue. Something mysterious, even mystical, is going on Kaname, and hapless Kazuya is about to be thrown into the middle of it.

Plot: A.D. 2034. It has been two years since Motoko Kusanagi left Section 9. Togusa is now the new leader of the team, that has considerably increased its appointed personnel. The expanded new Section 9 confronts a rash of complicated incidents, and investigations reveal that an ultra-wizard hacker nicknamed the "Puppet Master" is behind the entire series of events.

Plot: The second season of Ghost in The Shell: Stand Alone Complex begins with Section 9 being called back to work after a hostage situation of concern to the Ruling Party renders the Police useless. The entire team returns to the front lines: Kusanagi, Batoh, Togusa, Ishikawa, Saito, Paz & Borma, with four of the original Tachikomas restored after the firefight of Episode 26. The hostage situation announced the rising of a new terrorist cell, which takes much after another one in the headlines of today's papers. The Individual Eleven, whose members are neither individuals, or total up to eleven are a new threat to Public Security. How does a specialized public security group face an enemy more faceless than the "laughing man" during a time of political unrest? Among the broad changes from the first show involve the new ruling party, headed by the new Prime Minister Kabayuki after the prior ousting in GITS: SAC, the Japanese Residents caught in the middle of the affairs and paying the taxes for jobs they're going to lose in a time of recession, and the downtrodden "invited" Asian Immigrants of the Second Vietnamese War who were brought to Japan as a half-hearted humanitarian act from the government who was really just seeking cheap labor. And just who is the man called "Gohda", a mysterious new 'supervisor' (don't worry, Aramaki still runs the group) who appears to be calling the shots for Section 9 during certain missions? He calls out orders as if he was in charge of the group, yet has no apparent loyalty or respect to the government, military or Section 9.

The story opens with Mick dying in a filth-ridden alley after stealing the prototype of a device designed to manipulate time by sending a signal into the past. In a last ditch effort to save himself he "time-calls" Lenny--6 hours into the past--in an attempt to change the chain of events which led him to this unfortunate situation. Convinced that he's cheated death, Mick convinces Lenny and his girlfriend Sarah of the capabilities of the prototype. Desperate and on the run, each from their personal demons, they embark on an ill-conceived plan to outrun their destinies. As they try to cheat time, they find themselves in a race against their past and the inevitable future.
