I have a lot to say about this, probably will be my longest description ever so you don't have to read all of it by any means, other than maybe this first part - I'd like to thank each and every one of my subscrbers, and espcially those who like my videos and leave nice comments. You guys helped me keep going, and motivated me to get great stuff I'm proud of until this day. You all are the best =]
To celebrate this occasion, I actually had no idea what to do. (This is where story time begins, and it's probably very boring, but I feel like I do need to tell the tale of this.
Feel free to skip it all):
There were a few rough ideas (1st Evers Pro FCs week, OMBFCs of favorite song off of each main GH and RB game, and the obvious idea being VoI Pt.1 FC). These ideas and more proven to be either not special enough, or just too ambitious because I already FCd and OMBFCd most songs I'd have the motivation to go for.
The 2nd reasoning lead me to this idea,
TDEP are my absolute favorite band in rhythm games and probably in general, but yet I haven't OMBFCd any of their songs (The 1st one in this set was too easy alone,
Guitar was too annoying to bother with for the 3rd one, and drums were too hard for the 2nd, 4th,
and especially the 5th).
A few days after doing SFTSG, not necesseraily going with TDEP idea, I got on RB due to boredom, and started practicing
FML intro on drums. I couldn't get above 90% speed, due to both the pattern and my yellow cymbal placement feeling very unnatural for me. I went on and tried reg drums, and ended up doing slightly better. I wanted to play one run on pro just because I had a terrible score, and ended up having the intro feel not as fast or as unnatural as it did before.
Long story short(er), I got the FC after 2 hours of being very warmed up, sweaty, and in a bit of pain (thanks, 4 chokes past chaotic part :
D). I felt like if I didn't get this done then, I would never be able to do it again. I'm very very glad it happened. This is the first time I was able to surprise myself in a very long time. I know this song was FCd numerous times on regular drums, and some people would consider it being less good of an FC than some other ones
I've done, but the song means a lot to me. Even 6 months ago I couldn't possibly imagine myself being able to hit the chaotic part, despite loving the song so much. The day after I FCd the other parts for the rest of the songs (other than keys for GToaB and FML, which are definitely not worth it), and editing took a few hours as well.
So yep, all of the above was basically just to try and justify why I this is worthy of my
200 special.
Even though 200 subscribers seems pretty pitiful nowadays, I'm definitely glad for it.
Thanks to all of you again :)
I know I've said this a few times in the past, but this will be my last video for a while.
Seeing as the summer is over (and it's been a great one), and now I've achieved something I've always wanted to, I don't know what else I could do that I'd have the time and motivation to go for. I won't stop trying though.
One last thing; I didn't edit in stats screens for the songs because I felt like it damages the flow between them, sorry about that. I hope you'll agree with that reason and enjoy the video.
