Within a 30 minute time span, Officer Rogan #3117 went on a complete extortion frenzy, pulling over a half dozen motorists under the implied threat of violence. After continually refusing to identify himself, he retaliated against yours truly and issued me an extortion note. I plan to fight this in court, and will take jail time over paying the state any of my labor.

Detroit Mob Confidential explores the history of Detroit's La Cosa Nostra Family, which, in many ways, is the most successful crime family in the United States. Detroit's family has had only 2 Dons, the current boss has served for 30 years and is the longest serving mob Don in America.

I refused to sign up for Yelp advertising after unsolicited telemarketing phone calls from a Yelp salesperson. Soon after I notice a bogus review showed up on my Yelp page, from someone who lives 1000 miles away, who is FRIENDS with that Yelp salesperson. This person claimed we charged them to break their laptop, even though this person doesn't show up in our ticketing system. This smells fishy. I googled the person who left the bad review on my page, along with the name of the salesperson from yelp that emailed me. They are friends on yelp and google+, and went to the same college. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! If you are going to go out of your way to ruin my reputation: DO A BETTER JOB OF HIDING YOUR TRACKS!!
Yelp salespeople are going out of their way to keep my business from making money. This is being done out of pure spite, because I refused to sign up for advertising.
I refused to pay for advertising on their site. Does this make it fair to post defaming statements, that are not true, to destroy a business that provides for five people and their families?

LIVE UPDATE: This is the first video on YouTube connecting the dots between the Yelp salespeople and the people who leave bad reviews for businesses that refuse to buy advertising. This is an ILLEGAL practice! The salespeople, and the bogus reviewers involved in this process, are working to have this video removed. They are using PRIVACY as a reason. None of the information being posted is private; it is clearly visible to anyone with an internet connection, on public profiles. These individuals actively sought me out, not the other way around. The Yelp salesperson called and emailed me, providing her name and email. Her friend who left a negative review on my page actively sought me out to leave a negative review using her public Yelp profile to do this. I did not ask for any of these people to enter my life, but they DID in a manner in which there is NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY because they used public social media accounts to do so.
The fact that privacy is what is being cited here is very hypocritical since this Yelp salesperson did not care about privacy while revealing personal, private stats about another local business to me in a sales email to me. Soon after I notice a bogus review showed up on my Yelp page, from someone who lives 1000 miles away, who is FRIENDS with that Yelp salesperson. This person claimed we charged them to break their laptop, even though this person doesn't show up in our ticketing system. This smells fishy. This is an ILLEGAL practice! The salespeople, and the bogus reviewers involved in this process, are working to have this video removed. They are using PRIVACY as a reason. None of the information being posted is private; it is clearly visible to anyone with an internet connection, on public profiles. These individuals actively sought me out, not the other way around. The Yelp salesperson called and emailed me, providing her name and email. Her friend who left a negative review on my page actively sought me out to leave a negative review using her public Yelp profile to do this. I did not ask for any of these people to enter my life, but they DID in a manner in which there is NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY because they used public social media accounts to do so.
The fact that privacy is what is being cited here is very hypocritical since this Yelp salesperson did not care about privacy while revealing personal, private stats about another local business to me in a sales email to me. Three knife-wielding members of the Goto-gumi yakuza gang attacked director Juzo Itami near his home on May 22, 1992, six days after the movie opened. Itami was beaten and had his face slashed. The brutality of the attack, combined with Itami's popularity and the success of Minbo, led to a public outcry and a government crackdown against yakuza activity. "Side Mission: Most Wanted 1/9: Enigma (Extortion File #14 Location Guide: Data Handler & Datapacks) [Coventry]"—The first part of the "Enigma Most Wanted" side mission involves shutting down his networks in each of Gotham City's districts*. After that, the second part of this side mission involves locating hidden datapacks** (200 in total) spread throughout the city's districts. As groups of datapacks are found, they unravel extortion files (20 in total) on Gotham's leaders (for blackmail) that Enigma threatens to release to the public. Their locations are plotted on the map by interrogating Engima's data handlers in each district. Data handlers are usually mixed in with a group of thugs, and when detected and scanned, they are identified by a green aura. Note: It's suggested to wait until the end of the game (in free roam) to complete this portion of the side mission since many of the datapacks can't be obtained without the use of certain gadgets (which are naturally obtained during the story mode).
In this segment, the data handler (DH) and the 10 datapacks (DP) that comprise Extortion File #14 (Alberto Falcone #3) are found in the Coventry district.
- DH = Southern side, left of the main bridge.
- DP#1 = Up from where the handler was is a railing in front of Lacey Towers. From there, glide over to—and through—the wooden weak wall.
- DP#2 = It's attached to the wall to the right of the Lacey Towers entrance.
- DP#3 = Down off the side of the Lacey Towers building (toward the street) is a hackable device. Use the Cryptographic Sequencer to release it. Grab it w/Batclaw.
- DP#4 = One building over from DP#3 is the Gotham Rail. Get down to one level up from the ground. It's tucked behind a column. Use the Batclaw to get it.
- DP#5 = Up one level from DP#4 is another hackable device.
- DP#6 = Far west side is a roof with many smokestacks. There are 3 pressure pads on the ground. The smokestacks have zipline points. The idea is to use the Remote Claw to to create a line between a smokestack, then zip up to the line. From there, glide down onto the pressure pad without hitting any other part of the ground. Rinse and repeat for the other 2. [This one actually glitches and the datapack will just release by itself automatically.]
- DP#7 = Beside the Gotham Rail building are 4 green switches on the wall. Use the Multi Target Batarang on the bottom 3; throw a Batarang at the top switch; and then use the Batclaw to grab it.
- DP#8 = At the bottom of the Cale-Anderson building, it's on the wall.
- DP#9 = Diagonally northeast from DP#8 is a generator attached to a wall on a rooftop. Charge it w/Shock Gloves to release it.
- DP#10 = Inside the My Alibi nightclub (northern section). Grapple up to the metal rafter on the main dance floor to pick it up.

Description:
"Side Mission: Most Wanted 1/9: Enigma (Extortion File #15 Location Guide: Data Handler & Datapacks) [Diamond District]"—The first part of the "Enigma Most Wanted" side mission involves shutting down his networks in each of Gotham City's districts*. After that, the second part of this side mission involves locating hidden datapacks** (200 in total) spread throughout the city's districts. As groups of datapacks are found, they unravel extortion files (20 in total) on Gotham's leaders (for blackmail) that Enigma threatens to release to the public. Their locations are plotted on the map by interrogating Engima's data handlers in each district. Data handlers are usually mixed in with a group of thugs, and when detected and scanned, they are identified by a green aura. Note: It's suggested to wait until the end of the game (in free roam) to complete this portion of the side mission since many of the datapacks can't be obtained without the use of certain gadgets (which are naturally obtained during the story mode).
In this segment, the data handler (DH) and the 10 datapacks (DP) that comprise Extortion File #15 (Anarky #2) are found in the Diamond District.
- DH = On the overhead train tracks in front of GCR tower.
- DP#1 = In Gotham City Royal Hotel Parking. Pull down vent cover above door to Valet Parking, and go inside. Use Cryptographic Sequencer to hack device and pop open pack's casing.
- DP#2 = Walk back a few feet to broken piece of wall. Stop steam w/Glue Grenade, grab w/Batclaw.
- DP#3 = Go inside the hotel. When exiting the elevator, pop the balloons w/Batarangs, and grab it w/Batclaw.
- DP#4 = Move forward into the hotel lobby (Predator Encounter) and enter the floor grate. Crawl around to find it. Afterward, exit the hotel, and go back into the city.
[Clear the nearby rooftops to make things easier before getting the next few.]
- DP#5 = Drop down to the bottom of the GCR tower. It's stuck to the underside of a ceiling. Batclaw to grab it.
- DP#6 = Back to the top of the GCR tower. It's inside a cage. Find a nearby building for a good position to glide into the open (non-caged) side. Use the Batclaw to snag it.
- DP#7 = The building next door has a cage on the roof with it inside. Stop the steam w/Glue Grenade to get it.
- DP#8 = Northwest area. At the top of the Soder Cola building, and on the side. Use the Disruptor to unjam the signal on the 3 boxes, and the Cryptographic Sequencer to hack the device.
- DP#9 = Hop off the side of the Soder Cola building, all the way to the ground (in front of building's entrance). Hack the device with the Cryptographic Sequencer to release it.
- DP#10 = Find the train tracks near the GCR tower and the Gotham City News building (lots of billboards). One side of the elevated train tracks tunnel is boarded up with 3 weak wooden walls. Use Explosive Gel.

According to statues, you don't need a license to own a TV - you only 'need' a license to watch or record live broadcasts. The first question should be ''are you able to receive any live broadcasts?'' (you are not obliged to answer) - According to Act of Parliament, a TV licence must be obtained for any device that is "installed or used" for "receiving a television programme at the same time (or virtually the same time) as it is received by members of the public".
According to TV Licensing, "You need a TV Licence to use any television receiving equipment such as a TV set, digital box, DVD or video recorder, PC, laptop or mobile phone to watch or record television programmes as they're being shown on TV". Portable televisions and similar equipment such as laptops and mobile phones powered by internal batteries are covered for use anywhere under a licence held for their owner's residence.
So here's the crux of the matter, an Act requires consent. So therefore people are willingly (and unknowingly) allowing themselves to be taxed by consent. They use fear tactics to make the naive pay including adverts and sending bailiff-style inspectors round to intimidate people. 1 letter must be written to the BBC (or handed to them) stating a "Removal of Implied Right of Access" notice (template available here: http://www.getoutofdebtfree.org).
You would receive a letter that looks like this (please check it out):

This would mean that they'd be committing a criminal offence of "Aggravated Trespass" if they came to your door.
Record them on camera every time they come to your door, you have the right to do this it's your property (you can film in public places too). This will enable you to capture evidence of any intimidation/threats. They hate cameras and many of them walk away because they cannot employ their usual unlawfully aggressive tactics.
Print out a copy of a "Fee Schedule" ready to give to them once they visit, which outlines how much you will be charging them each time you are harassed or inconvenienced by them. It has legal standing so you will be able to invoice them each time they send you a letter or visit your home.
You have the right to never reply to any letters (threats) that they send to you. That also means you will never have a written contract with them. If you do feel the need to reply, only reply once and state your position clearly. Tell them that you do not need a TV Licence and you do not wish to buy one. Keep all of the letters they send you, as they constitute harassment under the law, and you can use them as evidence should you decide to take them to court.
Never provide them with your name or any other personal info, never admit to anything, and never allow them into your home

Cryptologic Technician (Collection) Petty Officer First Class Michael J. Strange was born on June 6, 1986 in Philadelphia. He attended St. Bartholomew Catholic School in the Wissinoming section of the city. He enjoyed the life of a typical Philadelphia kid surrounded by a loving family and great friends who he stayed close to all of his life. Michael had a great sense of humor and a kind and generous heart. As a little boy he loved spending summers with his dad, brother and sisters in Rehoboth Beach at his grandmothers house where he spent his days fishing and crabbing and playing in the pool.
After graduating from North Catholic High School in June of 2004, Michael joined the United States Navy. After basic training in the Great Lakes he reported to the Naval Technical Training Center in Pensacola FL where he attended Cryptologic Technician (Collection) “A” School. He graduated second in his class.
His first assignment was Naval Information Operations Command (NIOC) in Hawaii. At NIOC, Petty Officer Strange worked in several high profile signals intelligence gathering offices and became a first line supervisor in charge of multiple analysts. He completed a nine month deployment to Iraq with Seal Team TWO. During this deployment he earned the Expeditionary Warfare qualification. After an arduous screening process, Petty Officer Strange volunteered and was selected for duty at Naval Special Warfare Development Group.
While stationed in Hawaii, Michael met his girlfriend. They enjoyed spending time after work surfing and touring the beautiful islands. After completing his tour of duty in Iraq, Michael and his girlfriend moved to Virginia Beach, VA where they made their home with their dog Schmayze.
Cryptologic Technician (Collection) First Class Michael Strange was a highly decorated combat veteran with numerous awards, including the Bronze Star Medal with Valor, Purple Heart Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal with Valor, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Presidential Unit Citation, and other campaign and unit decorations.
