Plot: Mr. Raj K. Saxena is known for his parsimony. Everything he does and thinks is valued with money, and ways he can accumulate it. His daughter, Kiran, is the opposite, a spendthrift. Mr. Saxena borrows money from elderly people, assuring them of returning the loan with a handsome rate of interest after about 20 years, knowing fully well that none of them will survive 20 years. Then he meets with the son of one of such lender, aptly named after him viz. Raj K. Saxena. Mr. Saxena refuses to repay the amount, swallows the proof, the only evidence, and asks Raj to get out, which he does so. Raj is determined to get his money, and wants Kiran to fall in love with him. Kiran does so, and brings him over to introduce him to her shocked and speechless dad. Things change when Raj inherits a large amount of money, ironically left by Mr. Saxena maternal grandmother, and it is Mr. Saxena who is now anxious to get in the good books of Raj, with hilarious results.

Plot: Shalini Saxena lives a wealthy life-style with her brother Rajesh. One day he falls ill, Geeta looks after him, and falls in love with him. Vasanti arranges their marriage, both re-locate to Poona, and become parents of a boy, Raja. Plot: A wealthy businessman, Jamunadas, is killed by person(s) unknown. The police take up this investigation and are clearly baffled as the killer has left no clues for them to go on. Before they could any further action, Jamunadas' daughter, Nemo, is found dead in her bath-tub. The police suspect that this could be the work of the dreaded Mr. X, and want to question him. Their investigations take them to Rangoon where they are involved in a web of deceit and lies at the hands of one Ashok Kumar. Then they get a clue from a drunk, who claims he saw a woman floating and then being taken away in a driver-less convertible. The police do not know whether to believe this drunk or not. What they do not know is that the killer is in possession of a portion that turns him invisible, and this is not the first time that he has eluded the police through wild-goose chases. It looks like the police, who had nothing to go on in the first place, now are faced with a namely and unseen suspect, who may just be anyone known or unknown to them.
