Easy Caesar Cocktail Recipe - a Canadian classic
Today we’re making an easy caesar cocktail! The caesar, or Bloody Caesar, is the national drink of Canada, so if there was ever a Canadian drink to know, it's this one. Now I’m not Canadian, and I’ve never tasted this drink - so I’ve asked my friend Jean-Félix, from Truffles On The Rocks, to guide me through his recipe. Similar to the Bloody Mary, but in place of tomato juice we use Clamato juice (tomato and clam juice). Surprisingly, it drinks lighter than its tomato juice counterpart. Definitely give the Caesar a try if you like a savory, spicy cocktail.
Special thank you to Jean-Félix for joining me and offering up his expertise. If you haven’t checked out his channel, do yourself a favor and head over to Truffles On The Rocks - you’ll be glad you did!
Cheers, everyone!

How to make The Caesar Cocktail - Kind of like a Bloody Mary...but better.
I tell ya, I have the best viewers/fans on Youtube. The crew and I thank you for all of the kind words after I reported I had the flood. Thankfully we keep most of the show's props and gear high enough off the ground that most of it was saved.
We're cleaned up and back in gear! This one had been in the works for a while. We finished shooting it this week. The Caesar! It's Canada's most popular cocktail. Some say it's also Canada's official cocktail. If you don't know what I'm talking about, think Bloody Mary. What's the Dif? Well Clamato juice for starters. The Caesar is not only a great drink, it could even be considered a meal due to its ridiculous garnishes that have evolved over the years!

How to make a Caesar - the perfect Canadian Sunday cocktail
Here's our spin on Canada's national drink, the Caesar (or Bloody Caesar). It's kind of similar to a Bloody Mary, but we use Clamato in place of tomato juice (basically tomato and clam juice). It's a savoury, spicy belter of a Sunday morning sip. Give it a shot and let us know what you think.
Recipe:
* 1 lime wedge
* Montreal steak spice
* 1 tsp horseradish
* 2-3tbs pickle liquid
* 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
* 1-3 dashes hot sauce
* Salt & pepper
* 1.5oz vodka (gin or tequila work equally well)
* 6-8oz Walter's Caesar mix
* Matt & Steves extreme beans to garnish

Here's our spin on Canada's national drink, the Caesar (or Bloody Caesar). It's kind of similar to a Bloody Mary, but we use Clamato in place of tomato juice (basically tomato and clam juice). It's a savoury, spicy belter of a Sunday morning sip. Give it a shot and let us know what you think.
Recipe:
* 1 lime wedge
* Montreal steak spice
* 1 tsp horseradish
* 2-3tbs pickle liquid
* 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
* 1-3 dashes hot sauce
* Salt & pepper
* 1.5oz vodka (gin or tequila work equally well)
* 6-8oz Walter's Caesar mix
* Matt & Steves extreme beans to garnish
