The officers beat him to the ground in street, dragged his body 20 feet, and pinned him down with all of their weight on top him -- ignoring him as he repeatedly cried out, “I can’t breathe...they’re killing me,” for 15 minutes -- until his body laid lifeless on the sidewalk in handcuffs.

Los Angeles County has already declared a state of emergency as SoCalGas scrambles to stop the ongoing gas leak at its Aliso Canyon Storage Facility near Porter Ranch. The City Attorney of Los Angeles even filed a lawsuit against SoCalGas for creating “unlivable” conditions. This gas leak is spiraling out of control!
