André LeBlanc is a fictional character in DC Comics.
The self-styled "world's greatest jewel thief," arrogant André LeBlanc made the international most wanted list. André LeBlanc often clashed with the Russian super-hero Leonid Kovar (who was also known as Starfire and later by the name of Red Star). André LeBlanc delighted in evading capture by the young hero. Interpol requested that the Teen Titans team up with Kovar to safeguard the Crown Jewels of Sweden from André LeBlanc. So confident in his abilities, the bragging thief announced his crimes before they were committed. Mutual antagonism spoiled the joint efforts of the American and Soviet champions, until Kovar rescued the Titans from LeBlanc's deathtraps. Kid Flash then returned the favor by saving Kovar from death on the subway tracks, while Robin defeated LeBlanc in hand-to-hand combat.
As his name implies ("André LeBlanc" translated from French into English is "Andre The White"), LeBlanc is easily identified by his highly-conspicuous Arctic white outfit.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is the intelligence exhibited by machines or software. It is also the name of the academic field of study which studies how to create computers and computer software that are capable of intelligent behavior. Major AI researchers and textbooks define this field as "the study and design of intelligent agents", in which an intelligent agent is a system that perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its chances of success.John McCarthy, who coined the term in 1955, defines it as "the science and engineering of making intelligent machines".
AI research is highly technical and specialized, and is deeply divided into subfields that often fail to communicate with each other. Some of the division is due to social and cultural factors: subfields have grown up around particular institutions and the work of individual researchers. AI research is also divided by several technical issues. Some subfields focus on the solution of specific problems. Others focus on one of several possible approaches or on the use of a particular tool or towards the accomplishment of particular applications.

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. In his talk, Andre will explain the current and future impacts of Artificial Intelligence on industry, science, and how it will benefit and accelerate human progress. With almost 20 years of business experience, André has a track record of success with multiple multi-million dollar ventures in multiple industries that have spanned the continent. His latest company works in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and has created a one-of-a-kind neural network that simulates a growing neocortex. This system of neurons uses evolutionary concepts to self-organize to complete tasks only previously achievable by humans. Most futurists and experts believe that by 2035, AI will match and eventually surpass...

At 1pm there was a helicopter hovering over land in Saint Andre Leblanc on Moulin Rd, there were RCMP all over the place. Driving back towards Cape Pele, on a side road LeBlanc Rd. there were many RCMP vehicles parked with a trailer and 4 wheeler and it was covered in pot plants , there were plants in cars . As you drive threw Cape Pele there were more RCMP trucks with 4x4s on them and even more in Shimague. Huge raids on plantations all over the area until 5:40pm it seemed to be ended. Talked to a resident of Moulin Road and he says its like this every fall , RCMP come in to the area and raid all the plants. The area the RCMP covered was between Cape Pele to Saint Andre - LeBlanc to Cormier Village to Shimogue . It was like a ARMY of RCMP officers and equiptment in many rural areas swo...
