Sarah, whom some of his relatives said was a good woman.
John married Sarah and she joined him in the US. John enjoyed his new life. Sarah was not only beautiful, she was also an excellent cook. She cooked John's traditional dishes, which he enjoyed very much.
Things started going wrong however. Sarah started refusing to have sex with John. She kept complaining about her stomach and headache.
One day, John surprisingly came home and heard Sarah on the phone upstairs unknown to her. She was telling a friend that she was not having sex with John because her boyfriend told her not to. "I can no longer see myself having sex with him. He's too old anyway. I am just waiting for my green card. As soon as it comes, I am leaving his ass," she said. John quietly closed the front door and went out as though he was not in to hear the conversation. He divorced Sarah. He reported that the marriage was a sham. She did not get the green card.
