Roger Excoffon (7 September 1910 – 1983) was a French typeface designer and graphic designer.
Excoffon was born in Marseille, studied law at the University of Aix-en-Provence, and after, moved to Paris to apprentice in a print shop. In 1947 he formed his own advertising agency and concurrently became design director of a small foundry in Marseille called Fonderie Olive. Later he co-founded the prestigious Studio U+O (a reference to Urbi et Orbi).
Excoffon's best known faces are Mistral and Antique Olive, the latter which he designed in the period 1962–1966. Air France was one of Excoffon's largest and most prestigious clients. The airline used a customized variant of Antique Olive in its wordmark and livery until 2009, when a new logo was initiated.
Excoffon's faces, even his most sober, Antique Olive, have an organic vibrancy not found in similar sans-serif types of the period. Even the main shapes of that typeface, especially the letter O, resemble an olive. His typefaces gave voice to an exuberant body of contemporary French and European graphic design.

OMG (short for Oh My God) is a Chinese esports organization. Their League of Legends division was formed in May 2012. The team appeared in the League of Legends World Championship in 2013 and 2014.
In May 2012, the Chinese eSports organization OMG picked up their first League of Legends team. That roster was short lived as the organization picking up Noah's Ark in August. One of their first major tournaments they attended was CPL Shenyang 2012. Able to conquer the Korean team of MVP White, they went on to lose against veteran Chinese powerhouse, Invictus Gaming 2-1, and followed up by facing MVP White again but losing the rematch, placing 3rd in the tournament. The following months led to strong showings at various small events and tournaments. A big opportunity to showcase their talents was when they would replace Azubu Frost in G-League 2012 Season 2. They were able to make it out of groups with a 1-2 record but lose first round of bracket stage to Team WE.i-Rocks placing 5th.

It uses the auto-tune effect in several lines, as well as Jock Jams-esque sports arena chanting. It was released on March 22, 2010 as the first worldwide single off his sixth studio album, Raymond v. Raymond, and the fourth single overall, following the three US singles "Papers", "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)", and "Lil Freak". The song was met with a mixed reception from critics, who criticized the use of auto-tune, but commended the song's dance and club vibe. The song marks the second time that Usher has collaborated with will.i.am, following the single "What's Your Name", from his previous album Here I Stand (2008).

"OMG", was named the fifth best selling song of 2010 in the US, selling 3.8 million units. The song sold 6.9 million copies worldwide during that year.
CLIP (cross-linking immunoprecipitation) is a method used in molecular biology that combines UV cross-linking with immunoprecipitation in order to analyse protein interactions with RNA. CLIP-based techniques can be used to map RNA binding sites for a protein of interest on a genome-wide scale, thereby increasing the understanding of post-transcriptional regulatory networks.
CLIP begins with the in-vivo cross-linking of RNA-protein complexes using ultraviolet light (UV). Upon UV exposure, covalent bonds are formed between proteins and nucleic acids that are in close proximity. The cross-linked cells are then lysed, and the protein of interest is isolated via immunoprecipitation. In order to allow for sequence specific priming of reverse transcription, RNA adapters are ligated to the 3' ends, while radiolabeled phosphates are transferred to the 5' ends of the RNA fragments. The RNA-protein complexes are then separated from free RNA using gel electrophoresis and membrane transfer. Proteinase K digestion is then performed in order to remove protein from the RNA-protein complexes. This step leaves a peptide at the cross-link site, allowing for the identification of the cross-linked nucleotide. After ligating RNA linkers to the RNA 5' ends, cDNA is synthesized via RT-PCR. High-throughput sequencing is then used to generate reads containing distinct barcodes that identify the last cDNA nucleotide. Interaction sites can be identified by mapping the reads back to the transcriptome.
