دوبارة هي أول شبكة خدمية بين السوريين تعمل على دعمهم أينما كانو وتقدم الحلول المناسبة لهم. دوبارة تعمل على دعم السوريين أينما كانو وتقديم الحلول المناسبة لهم، حيث أتت الحاجة لفكرة دوبارة نتيجة الكم الهائل من السوريين الذين أُرغموا على مغادرة سوريا جراء الأحداث الحاصلة هناك، واضطرارهم للعيش في بلدان لم يسبق لهم زيارتها في السابق، وبذلك تقوم على دمج الوافدين بهذه المجتمعات من خلال الاستعانة بسوريين مقيمين نطلق عليهم "الدوبرجية". دوبارة تساعد السوريين بعدة مناحي حياتية مثل تأمين فرص العمل وفرص التعليم ودعم المشاريع وتوفير دليل يوضح اسلوب حياة وطريقة العيش لأكثر من ٣٢ دولة علاوةً على الدعم النفسي المستمر لكل اعضاء الشبكة. تأسست الشبكة على يد أحمد ادلبي والذي حصل لاحقاً من خلالها على زمالة أشوكا العالمية كـ رائد مجتمعي مبدع. وليكون بذلك أول سوري يحصل على هذه الزمالة. دوبارة لاتتوقف عن انتاج الأفكار وابتكار الحلول التي تساعد السوريين على العيش وتخطي هذه الأزمة بشكل أفضل. Dubarah, the Arabic word for a quick and effective solution, is the first NPO/NGO (Non-Profit/ Non-Governmental) online service that supports Syrians wherever they are by providing them with suitable solutions for any obstacles they are facing. It was founded by Ahmad Edilbi who is the first Syrian to be awarded an Ashoka Fellowship through Dubarah. The basic idea behind Dubarah blossomed from the challenging situations that face many Syrians after they had to leave their country due to the difficult situation in there. They had to venture into new places, cities and countries which they have never dreamed of visiting in the past. Dubarah aims at helping Syrian immigrants and refugees in their new countries and communities by utilizing the past experience of Syrian expatriates who had spent longer time in these countries. Dubarah also tries to support Syrians on several levels. For example, Dubarah collects and organizes a database of work vacancies and opportunities, scholarships and education opportunities that might interest the Syrians wherever they are. Dubarah also promotes Syrian projects by providing different types of support. Furthermore, Dubarah provides a unique service for Syrians who are planning to travel abroad. It is comprehensive guide that explains the lifestyle and living conditions of 32 countries. In addition, Dubarah spares no effort in providing continues psychological support for all the network members. Dubarah capitalizes on human creativity that is manifested in the production of fresh and effective ideas and solutions to further support the Syrians and help them get through their hardship in the best ways possible.
