All the police stations and cops engaged in regulating traffic in the city have been asked by the SP to issue a red slip to the violators to avoid any controversy amid cash crisis ... said Das and added that people would be handed over red slips with 10 days’ time to pay fine. Das also said anyone with red slip could pay the fine at any police station....
