'Ek Mutthi Aasmaan' will beautifully capture the hopes and aspirations of a domestic worker alongside the trials and tribulations of her daily life. It will showcase how domestic workers mortgage their own life to toil and tears only so that their children can grow up enjoying the fruits of education and amenities they could only dream of and live life with dignity in the future.
It is believed that the city was known as Kalpriya Nagri in the ancient times, later abbreviated to Kalpi. Kalpi is said to have been founded by King Vasudeva at the end of the 4th century.
Maharani Laxmi Bai, Tatya tope and their followers fought against the British in Kalpi.
The old town, which is on the Yamuna river, has the ruin of a fort, and several temples of interest, while in the neighborhood are many ancient tombs. Away from the river to the south-east is a lofty modern town ornamented with representations of the battles of the Ramayana.
It has been declared an Industrial belt by the Government of India and is known for the Handmade Paper Produced here. There are many factories of Handmade paper and Powerlooms. Here is famous Gujhiya And Gabadde Ka Halwa..

Kalpi
Kalpi is a city and a municipal board in Jalaun district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is on the right bank of the Yamuna.
History
It is believed that the city was known as Kalap dev ki kalpi in the ancient times, later abbreviated to Kalpi. Kalpi is said to have been founded by King Vasudeva at the end of the 4th century. In 1196 it fell to Qutb-ud-din Aybak, the viceroy of Mohammed Ghori, and during the subsequent Muslim period it played a significant part in the history of central India. During Akbar's reign, Kalpi was a governor's seat and had a mint for copper coinage.
About the middle of the 18th century it passed into the hands of the Marathas. It was captured by the British in 1803, and after 1806 remained in British possession until India's independence in 1947. Kalpi was a part of Bundelkhand Agency, formed in 1811, and also housed its headquarters from 1818 to 1824. During this period the political agent to Governor General of India was appointed and headquartered in Kalpi. The British East India Company made it one of their principal stations for providing "commercial investment". In May 1858 Hugh Rose (Lord Strathnairn) defeated here a force of Indian freedom fighters led by the Rani of Jhansi. The fortified post of Kalpi, the former residence of the rulers of Jalaun State, was dismantled in 1860 by the British and its place was taken by a market known as Whiteganj. There are many places for visiting like Vyas temple, Lanka Meenar, 84 Gumbaj and lots of Dargah like Khankah the Dargah of Hazrat Sayyad Meer Tirmiji (RA). Kalpi is also birthplace of Ved Vyas ji.. There is a Kali Haveli and Rang Mahal of Beerbal that called Rang Mahal.

Uttar Pradesh
Uttar Pradesh (/ˈʊtər prəˈdɛʃ/, Hindi : उत्तर प्रदेश literally "Northern Province"), abbreviated as UP, is a state located in Northern India. It was created on 1 April 1937 as the United Provinces, and was renamed Uttar Pradesh in 1950. Lucknow is the capital city of Uttar Pradesh. Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Allahabad, Moradabad, Bareilly, Aligarh, Sonbhadra and Varanasi are known for their industrial importance in the state. On 9 November 2000, a new state, Uttarakhand, was carved out from the Himalayan hill region of Uttar Pradesh.
The state is bordered by Rajasthan to the west, Haryana and Delhi to the northwest, Uttarakhand and the country of Nepal to the north, Bihar to the east, Madhya Pradesh to the south and touches small areas of Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh to the south eastern corner. It covers 243,290 square kilometres (93,933 sq mi), equal to 6.88% of the total area of India, and is the fourth largest Indian state by area. With over 200 million inhabitants in 2011, it is the most populous state in the country as well as the most populous country subdivision in the world. Hindi is the official and most widely spoken language in its 75 districts. Uttar Pradesh is the third largest Indian state by economy, with a GDP of ₹9763 billion (US$140 billion). Agriculture and service industries are the largest parts of the state's economy. The service sector comprises travel and tourism, hotel industry, real estate, insurance and financial consultancies.

Vella kalpi
Vella kalpi is a 1970 film produced and distributed by Rigas Kinostudija. It was written and directed by Aleksandrs Leimanis during the time Latvia was part of the Soviet Union. It was released in the United Kingdom as Devil's servants and the Soviet Union as Slugi dyavola. In 1972, Rīgas kinostudija released a sequel to this film named Vella kalpi Vella dzirnavās (English: Devil's servants in the Devil's mill).

Female Leopard Cub hit by vehicle in Kalpi: Film by Pankaj Oudhia
About 6 month old Female Leopard cub was hit by unidentified vehicle near Kalpi in Mandla-Jabalpur road in Madhya Pradesh. It happened early morning of June 07, 2013. I was travelling from Raipur to Jabalpur and I was informed by bus driver about it. He got information about this accident in Kalpi where we stopped for Tea. At spot the forest guards informed that the Mother leopard was with three cubs. She along with two cubs crossed the road safely but last one was hit by unidentified vehicle. It was sad and shocking. Drive to Kanha National park - How to Reach Kanha
Drive Jabalpur to Kanha National Park of 3 h 17 min (132.5 km) via NH-12, enroute Mandla through Bargi forest,First we need to reach Mandla, 70 kms from jabalpur, Kanha is further 80 kms ahead..Bargi Forest Area adjoins the Buffer Zone of Kanha, The Bovine herds are seen enroute across road, Not sure what will be the fate these poor animals.
Crossing Kalpi Village
There is a forest Guest House at Kalpi, which is a small village, Huge wooden Blocks just ahead of kalpi, massive deforestation?, still Mandla is 45 kms away..From this spot, Bargi dam is clearly visible on the Right Hand Side, Bargi Dam waters submerge fields on the side of the road.Now the Jungle has become thick, Still we see lots of cows and bulls marching on road, all animals look weak, as if they are walking from weeks.
Passing through Mandla Zone and Rest at Mandla Forest Motel
From here, There is a forest Motel in Mandla, worth taking a break, Still Bargi dam back waters are visible, Not Too Much traffic on this Highway - NH-12.
Brahmi Village & Road to Kanha national park
Lime Stone Rocks on both sides of Road littered, Kanha national park is still 50 kms away..Very Fertile Zone starts from approx 10 kms from Mandla, lot of Punjabi people are seen here doing agriculture, land is very expensive here, Crossing Brahmni Village..Mandla is left 10 kms behind..
Finally on the Buffer Zone road in kanha national park - passing through Villages, We are proceeding towards the Kisli gate of Kanha national Park..Just half an hour drive from here is the Kisli gate, Kanha buffer zone starts from here and Lots of Boards and Advertisements start appearing for hotels and resorts in Kanha Nation park.
Reaching Kanha national Park - Kisli Zone barrier
Finally we reached the barrier, which is for entry into the Kanha Buffer Zone, our resort is near by..Driver will stay in the Dhaba for 4 nights..Adivasis ( Tribals) Gonds and Bhlls are visible, it is a hidden world..From the Barrier, Kanha earth Lodge is approx 3 kms, Jungle is becoming more beautiful with every passing moment, Now langurs are visible, langurs help other animals by their calls if the tiger is around..We are in the resort gypsy and plan is to go to river bank and see wild life
Slowly deep forest starts on both sides of road, Very excited to see the Royal bengal Tiger and proceed on the Tiger Safari asap, Eyes are looking for the elusive tiger, Kanha is 19 kms, Feeeling of driving in deep central indian forest is great..
Kanha Earth Lodge
We are proceeding to Kanha earth Lodge, where we will stay for 4 nights to see Tiger and have Safaris..Now we are inside the park, Driving on the dirt road and very dense jungle, we are on lookout for forest animals, occasional deer crosses the roads.
We checked into Resort and proceeded on cycling into the nearby forest area, we did not even rest, so eager to explore
Kanha Tiger Safari in Morning - Kisli gate
Next day morning, we are all set for our first Tiger Safari at Kisli gate, Right at 6 AM we are at Khatia gate waiting in our Gypsy for gates to open..At least 50 Gypsys are waiting in life, all are very excited for the Tiger Safari in kanha National park, Finally the gates open and we move inside..Mr Yadav, the official Forest Guide Joins us, It is mendatory..Diver is the Manager of kanha Earth Lodge Mr. Ashwani from Himachal.Entering inside the Kanha national park from Kisli gate, there is a good news that Tigress was sighted last evening, we are heading into the zone..In the Morning, Jungle is Fresh and waking up, very exciting times, Though it is summer, but we are feeling the chillness of air, There is talks between our Guide and Forest guide regarding animal calls, so that we can trace the ilusive tiger..
We are passing through ever green trees with yellow flowers, Rudyard Kiplings Jungle is mesmerising and beautiful, this is the real indian jungle, Now Passing through the Kanha National park meadows, where chances for seeing tiger are very high.Kanha National park safari is not only for Tiger seeing but much more also about feeling the true Jungle spirit..Watching parakeet in morning..Still Tiger is Ilusive, but we are delighted and excited, it is worth the money..Absolute Silence, trying to see where is the panic call, We will have breakfast break in next 10 minutes, we have packed breakfast from kanha Earth Lodge, and cover the safari in next video..

About 6 month old Female Leopard cub was hit by unidentified vehicle near Kalpi in Mandla-Jabalpur road in Madhya Pradesh. It happened early morning of June 07, 2013. I was travelling from Raipur to Jabalpur and I was informed by bus driver about it. He got information about this accident in Kalpi where we stopped for Tea. At spot the forest guards informed that the Mother leopard was with three cubs. She along with two cubs crossed the road safely but last one was hit by unidentified vehicle. It was sad and shocking. I was informed that the Mother Leopard must be watching her dead cub from safe distance.
