Donald "Don" Galloway (July 27, 1937 – January 8, 2009) was an American actor of stage, film and television, a political libertarian and journalist, perhaps best known for his role as Raymond Burr's protégé, Detective Sergeant Ed Brown, on the long-running crime drama Ironside (1967–1975). He reprised the role for a made-for-TV "reunion" film in 1993.
A native of Brooksville, Kentucky, Galloway began his television career in the 1950s in the New York-based soap opera The Secret Storm as the first actor to play Kip Rysdale. His first nighttime video stint was on Tom, Dick and Harry, one-third of the 90-minute weekly sitcom 90 Bristol Court, in 1964.
He signed up with Universal Studios in 1963 and guest-starred on shows like Wagon Train, Run for Your Life, among many others. Those led him to a co-starring role opposite Raymond Burr on Ironside, as Det. Sgt. Ed Brown. During the sixth season of Ironside, he and Burr co-starred in the TV Movie Portrait: A Man Whose Name Was John. Galloway stayed through the entire run of Ironside until its cancellation in 1975. He was reunited with Burr on two of his mentor's 25 Perry Mason television movies before reprising his role on Return to Ironside in 1993.
Don Michael Mitchell (born March 17, 1943 in Houston, Texas) is an American actor, best known for appearing with Raymond Burr in the NBC TV series Ironside. He played the role of Mark Sanger, and reprised the part in the made-for-TV "reunion" film in 1993 – his last TV appearance to date.
Other television roles include McMillan & Wife and playing Ed Lawrence on the CBS daytime soap opera Capitol.
From 1968 to 1970, Mitchell was married to the model Emilie Blake, with whom he had a daughter, Dawn Mitchell.
In 1972, Mitchell married actress Judy Pace. They officially divorced in 1986. He and Pace have a daughter, actress Julia Pace Mitchell, who currently appears on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless.
Barbara Anderson (born 27 November 1945, in New York City) is an American actress who is best-known for portraying police "Officer Eve Whitfield" in the television series Ironside, and for her seven appearances as the secret agent "Mimi Davis" during the final season of the American TV series Mission: Impossible. Anderson was born and spent her early years in New York City, but during her teenage years, she resided in the Memphis, Tennessee, area, where her parents had moved.
While she was a resident of Memphis, Anderson competed in and won the title of Miss Memphis in 1963.
She decided to move to Los Angeles to find work as an actress. She was successful at this, and in 1966, one of her first TV appearances came in an early, first-season episode of Star Trek, "The Conscience of the King". Anderson also starred in the pilot for the TV series Mannix, which was filmed in 1966.
In 1967, Anderson became one of the four original cast members of the TV series Ironside, and the lead actress in this series (for the first 105 episodes). Anderson played the role of police Officer "Eve Whitfield" of the San Francisco Police Department, where she was one of three people chosen to assist the wheelchair-using former Chief of Detectives for San Francisco, "Robert Ironside", who was played by Raymond Burr. Anderson continued in her role as Officer Whitfield for four seasons. In 1968, Anderson won the television Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in Drama Series for her work in Ironside.

You don't ask much of me, now
You don't belong here
But you'll never leave, now
Don't ask me, please, not anyone
Just let me be
I tried to be like anyone
When I'm alone with me
You took the long way
You took the long way home, again
Now, you sleep late
Now, you sleep alone with them
Don't ask me, please, not anyone
Just let me be
I tried to bleed like anyone
When I'm alone with me
Wouldn't it be sweet
To let a good thing die?
Make my life complete
Make me wonder why
Don't ask me, please, not anyone
Just let me be
I tried to bleed like anyone
