We taste the latest homebrew that I prepared from a partial grain recipe from noblegrape.ca called "
Best Coast IPA". It combines the
West &
East Coast styles into one.
The big selling
point is that the kit contains 1/2lb of hops and one of their more expensive kits. I also took this opportunity to do a 60 min boil and added the hops at different times - different than what the suggested procedure is
