I attended this past weekends inaugural Mondo Con 20914 in Austin Texas, and had a blast! Artists, art, posters, film screenings, great food and drink, all in a fun, easy going atmosphere with friendly people. Entertainment Minute and Movie Prop Collectors was there the entire weekend and we filmed just about all of the excellent panels and film screening intros for your pleasure. First up. "Designing Movies" with Moderator Justin Ishmael, and panelists: Geof Darrow, Jock, Mike Mignola, Alex Pardee, William Stout and Bernie Wrightson. * The theater stage was not lit on the left hand side. Once the panel starts and I zoom in to the panelists things get very clear. One or two of the mics on stage were malfunctioning making it hard to hear William Stout and another panelist at times.
When filmmaker Adam Green receives a package in his fan mail from a strange man claiming that he can prove that monsters indeed exist, he and his crew are taken on a mysterious, fantastical, and terrifying journey into the shadows and deep down under the ground below our very feet. Inspired by the art of Alex Pardee and starring Ray Wise (TWIN PEAKS, X-MEN FIRST CLASS), DIGGING UP THE MARROW has shaped up to be the most unique ArieScope film to date as its real-life documentary style blends reality with fantasy in a way that will leave even the most hardcore skeptic believeing in the existence of monsters. Wrap me up, ummm
With your love and hold me
Wrap me up, ummm, with your love, ummm
Wrap me up, ummm, with your love and hold me
They say home is where the heart is
But you ain't never here
I've tried almost everything
To keep our love alive, ooh ooh
I'm tired of trying, I'm tired of lying
To keep this thing going on
And you know that I'm longing for your touch, ooh ooh
Touch you, baby
(CHORUS:)
Wrap me up in your love, your love takes me higher
Wrap me up in your love
Wrap me up in your love, don't hold me down, I'm not a fighter
Wrap me up with your love and hold me tighter
Wrap me up in your love, your love takes me higher
Wrap me up in your love
Wrap me up in your love, don't hold me down, I'm not a fighter
Wrap me up with your love and hold me tighter
We can carry on just as long as you understand
I want to need your sweet sweet touch
To keep this thing alive, ooh ooh
I'm tired of trying, I'm tired of lying
To keep this thing going on
And you know that I'm longing for your touch, ooh ooh
Touch you, baby
(CHORUS)
My eyes are open wide
I can see you from each side
Now I'm here and saying
Ooh ooh, touch me, baby
I'm tired of the trying
I'm tired of your lying
