Patricia Zadony is a private chef living in Chicago, IL. Patricia, whose parents hail from Ireland, grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Her parents currently own and run a sixteen-acre farm in Barrington, IL that has been in the family since the early 70's and has been feeding local families for the past 15 years. Growing her own produce and eating healthy and sustainable food gave Patricia the inspiration to attend Culinary School. She received a BS in Computer Science from DePaul University and continued on to graduate from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago Le Cordon Bleu Program with Honors on the Presidents List. She completed her culinary externship under Chef Giuseppe Tentori at Boka Restaurant in Chicago. Patricia has also volunteered her time with Common Threads, Chef Art Smith's culinary education charity for children. She spends most weekends helping her family plant, harvest and sell their vegetables. She loves working with unique vegetables, making them taste delicious.
