William Jefferson Clinton (born William Jefferson Blythe III; August 19, 1946), generally known as Bill Clinton, is an American politician who served as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001. He previously served as Governor of Arkansas from 1979 to 1981 and 1983 to 1992, and as the state's Attorney General from 1977 to 1979. A member of the Democratic Party, ideologically Clinton was a New Democrat, and many of his policies reflected a centrist Third Way philosophy of governance.
Clinton was born and raised in Arkansas, and is an alumnus of Georgetown University, where he was a member of Kappa Kappa Psi and Phi Beta Kappa and earned a Rhodes Scholarship to attend the University of Oxford. He is married to Hillary Clinton, who served as United States Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013 and who was a Senator from New York from 2001 to 2009. Both Clintons earned law degrees from Yale Law School, where they met and began dating. As Governor of Arkansas, Clinton overhauled the state's education system, and served as Chair of the National Governors Association.
Barack Hussein Obama II (US i/bəˈrɑːk huːˈseɪn oʊˈbɑːmə/; born August 4, 1961) is an American politician serving as the 44th President of the United States, the first African American to hold the office. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Obama is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School, where he served as president of the Harvard Law Review. He was a community organizer in Chicago before earning his law degree. He worked as a civil rights attorney and taught constitutional law at University of Chicago Law School between 1992 and 2004. He served three terms representing the 13th District in the Illinois Senate from 1997 to 2004, and ran unsuccessfully in the Democratic primary for the United States House of Representatives in 2000 against incumbent Bobby Rush.
In 2004, Obama received national attention during his campaign to represent Illinois in the United States Senate with his victory in the March Democratic Party primary, his keynote address at the Democratic National Convention in July, and his election to the Senate in November. He began his presidential campaign in 2007 and, after a close primary campaign against Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2008, he won sufficient delegates in the Democratic Party primaries to receive the presidential nomination. He then defeated Republican nominee John McCain in the general election, and was inaugurated as president on January 20, 2009. Nine months after his inauguration, Obama was named the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize laureate.
Americans with disabilities are one of the largest minority groups in the United States. Although the US does not have universal healthcare, Americans with disabilities can generally find adequate levels of subsidized support from a variety of sources, generally at the regional level. While most rural areas — especially in the Great Plains region — have little or no government-organized medical support infrastructure for the permanently disabled indigent population, most major urban centers have healthcare systems. The rights of Americans with disabilities are protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
According to the Disability Status: 2000 - Census 2000 Brief approximately 20% of Americans have one or more diagnosed psychological or physical disability:
This percentage varies depending on how disabilities are defined. According to Census Brief 97-5, "About 1 in 5 Americans have some kind of disability, and 1 in 10 have a severe disability."

Charlie Rose interviews President Bill Clinton
Bubba did it again! He wiped the smirk off their faces. Clinton agreed to a 15 minute one-on-one interview with Fox News only on the condition that they spend at least half of the interview talking about the Clinton Global Initiative. The interview lasted 22 mintues with a majority of the time spent on Clinton's hunt for Bin Laden as President. Also Fox News NEVER asks these type of questions to any Republican and especially not this Adminstration. Just try to imagine if Bush got asked a critical question like this, he would have a heart attack! If Democrats want to win an election ever, they must watch this video because this is how you fight back! Clinton is a shinning example of brilliance and intelligence. And Thank God he's a Democrat! PS I don't have the third segment of th...

Please subscribe! Bill Clinton sits down with his CNN ally Fareed Zakaria for an interview in order to: 1. Pretend his wife's criminal activity with her personal email server is much ado about nothing and a product of a vast right-wing conspiracy; 2. Trash Republicans as not substantive (they're all about "one-liners") while pretending the Democrats are all about specifics (as if that were to even matter if true); 3. Call for importation of more Arabs and Muslims from Syria and the broader region of the Middle East and North Africa (and Somalia) without any justification or consideration of national security, with no mention of relocation alternatives to the east in Muslim-majority societies closer to them geographically and culturally than America;; 4.
