CPU (Copwatch Patrol Unit) Uncovered from a 3 week investigation Transit District 12 Plainclothes Officers criminalizing people by stopping them for asking for MetroCard Swipes & Begging. What has this World come to that you can't even ask someone to swipe you in on their dime on the Subway? Or ask someone for help, as long as it's done in a respectful manner.....by shutting these avenues down for someone to ask for help and get it only pushes people to commit minor crimes like stealing an orange to eat or lifting a couple of Ramen Noodles Packages. We are being stripped of our Freedom & we need to step it up on them and DEMAND that our Rights be respected....

It's a shame that you have plain clothes officers arresting and criminalizing people selling fruit snacks on the train. People go out and spend their own money to buy these things and resell it to make a few dollars to support their family, however, there are people out there getting robbed, raped, and all other kind of shit happening to them while these officers arrest and throw in jail working people trying to make a buck.

CopwatchPatrolUnitCPU....Yesterday while patrolling EastHarlem at the train station on 116 Street, Lexington Ave...3 Plainclothes Officers out of District 4 where doing their normal bullshit...however, this time they targeted a young Mexican kid, which he did pay his fare, but still was targeted for apparently being hoodied up which got him stopped by these racist assholes. If you go to 1:31 in the Video you will see him just standing there on the platform playing with his phone, thereafter, he is seen standing by the pillar for quite a while minding his Buisness...they were paying him no mind until the end when they decided to snatch him up...For all those who live in this area know that on 116 Street there is a vast majority of Mexicans that live in this area, and truly speaking most of them are here illegally and the #NYPD know that very well, and in this case, these officers Illegally detained this individual for no reason and arrested him for insufficient I.D. and hauled him away.........

These kids was doing nothing wrong. I was there before those kids arrived. Officer Alvarez (Shield #.1026) came at these kids like a raging bull, slamming one of the young black teen against the wall. The officer shared with me that this young man likes to run and that's why he grabbed him the way he did and held him down. The other young man that he let go and gave a ticket for blocking the turnstile, I disagree with Alvarez, because I was there and he did not block the turnstile. I was by the turnstile's. -
