How to be a role model:
1. Be there fully for people. Be emotionally present and available to others. This is the opposite of looking at your phone or thinking of other things when people speak with you. Influencers are vibrantly present with those they meet and lead. Also, be there consistently for others - not just when it's convenient and transactional. Be steady and available for people over the long term and they look up to you.
2. Project positive energy. Find the good or positive intent and lesson in all experiences, even those that appear negative. Put a positive vibe out to others by seeing them and mentally saying and projecting, "I wish you joy, abundance, love and health." We look up to those who wish us well.
3. Help others discover their truths. Ask questions and get people thinking about what is important for them. Influencers teach us how to think by posing questions, helping us explore our thoughts and dreams, focusing on our stories and interpretations.
4. Just get it done. To make a difference in other people's lives, first you have to show them how you make a difference by being proactive. When people see you struggle, achieve your goals, and rise from adversity, they will be inspired by you.

A pair of irresponsible energy drink salesmen realize that serving a month of hard time is nothing compared to spending 150 hours in a community mentorship program after they trash the company truck and find themselves at the mercy of the court in this comedy starring Seann William Scott and Paul Rudd. Wheeler (Scott) and Danny (Rudd) wouldn't necessarily be the first people a parent would turn to when seeking out a babysitter, in fact, they probably wouldn't even make the list in the first place. After slamming a few too many Minotaur energy drinks and crashing the company truck, however, the two loose-living pals narrowly avert jail when the court decides to let them become mentors to a group of young misfits. But how is the recently dumped Danny supposed to help bashful, role-playing geek Augie (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) become a man when all he can offer the boy is bitter sarcasm, and is beer-chugging man-child Wheeler really the best choice to help foul-mouthed fifth-grader Ronnie (Bobb'e J. Thompson) develop more respect for his elders? Probably not, but they'll have to do their best anyway when the center's ex-con director (Jane Lynch) confronts them with a harsh ultimatum. Now, if Wheeler and Danny can just make it through the rest of their probation without getting tossed in jail, maybe there's hope for the boys -- and Danny's relationship with his fed-up girlfriend (Elizabeth Banks) -- after all.

Jermaine Lamar Cole (born January 28, 1985), better known by his stage name J. Cole, is an American rapper and record producer. In 2009, he was the first rap artist signed to Jay-Z's label Roc Nation. His long-awaited debut album titled Cole World: The Sideline Story was released on September 27, 2011. The album debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200, Top R&B Albums and Top Rap Albums chart, selling more than 217,000 in its first week sales. He received a nomination for Best New Artist at the 54th Grammy Awards
Cole was born on January 28, 1985. Cole's father served in the United States Army. At the age of 8 months old, he relocated to Fayetteville, North Carolina where he was raised by his mother, aunt and his cousin. Cole attended Terry Sanford High School in Fayetteville and graduated in 2003. He decided that he had a better chance of getting signed in New York City, so he chose to attend St. John's University on an academic scholarship where he majored in communication and minored in business, graduating magna cum laude.

FILM DESCRIPTION:
A pair of irresponsible energy drink salesmen realize that serving a month of hard time is nothing compared to spending 150 hours in a community mentorship program after they trash the company truck and find themselves at the mercy of the court in this comedy starring Seann William Scott and Paul Rudd. Wheeler (Scott) and Danny (Rudd) wouldn't necessarily be the first people a parent would turn to when seeking out a babysitter, in fact, they probably wouldn't even make the list in the first place. After slamming a few too many Minotaur energy drinks and crashing the company truck, however, the two loose-living pals narrowly avert jail when the court decides to let them become mentors to a group of young misfits. But how is the recently dumped Danny supposed to help bashful, role-playing geek Augie (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) become a man when all he can offer the boy is bitter sarcasm, and is beer-chugging man-child Wheeler really the best choice to help foul-mouthed fifth-grader Ronnie (Bobb'e J. Thompson) develop more respect for his elders? Probably not, but they'll have to do their best anyway when the center's ex-con director (Jane Lynch) confronts them with a harsh ultimatum. Now, if Wheeler and Danny can just make it through the rest of their probation without getting tossed in jail, maybe there's hope for the boys -- and Danny's relationship with his fed-up girlfriend (Elizabeth Banks) -- after all.

omg this video has been left untouched since last year and i only got to finish it last night. i'm sorry i didn't have enough episodes to gather clips for this one but, i wanted this video to be special. Ever since season 1 you would see Dean look down on his capability and even his life especially when it is compared to Sam. It should have been resolve seasons ago but I'm just sad to see him this low. He doesn't see himself as a hero but instead as a man who doesn't deserve anything good in this world.

Donald Trump participated in a New Hampshire town hall on CNN earlier today, and one of the questions came from a man who asked the GOP frontrunner about being a role model for America’s children.
Here is the full question asked by Joseph Manzoli about his three daughters:
“I want nothing more for them than to look at their president as a role model. Throughout the course of this campaign, you’ve said some disparaging comments about women, about people from other countries, other religions, and about everybody who’s disagreed with you. Explain to me how I can look at my daughters and have them look up to President Trump as a role model.”
Trump insisted he has great respect for women and has worked with many female executives.
As for his comments about minorities, Trump again fell back on his reluctance to engage in political correctness. He invoked the heroin problem in New Hampshire as he talked about stopping drugs from coming across the Mexican border, and also touted how people around the world were “agreeing with me” on his proposed Muslim ban.

But a role model for fun, I can do that," says musician Andrew W.K., who has been called "the great unwashed rock star" and "the great god of partying"since he first hit the charts with the release of his 2001 album "I Get Wet." That record featured the anthemic tunes "Party Hard," "We Want Fun," and "Fun Night." Rolling Stone praised the album as "the loudest and funniest metal you've heard in ages" and Allmusic.com pronounced that "resistance to its hard-partying charms is futile."
Born in 1979 and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Andrew W.K. has also delighted a generation of children as the host of "Destroy Build Destroy," a live-action Cartoon Network series in which teams of kids compete for the right to blow up each others’ creations. Of the popular and sometimes controversial show, Andrew W.K. says, "Isn't this great that we're using weaponry purely for fun? Just for the spectacle, like a fireworks show. Now that was very offensive and frightening to other people. But certainly none of the kids, they thought that was awesome. Because you can have fun blowing something up, and it doesn't have to be violent."
He's a regular on Fox News’ "Red Eye with Greg Gutfield" and is known to show up on channels ranging from MTV to CNN to Glenn Beck's The Blaze. "Every once in a while someone will say, what are you doing on there," explains Andrew W.K. "And I say, Oh I was invited. And that usually ends the conversation. I go where I’m invited. [It's] very easy to go and hang out with someone even if you don’t agree on every single thing."
He's also a motivational speaker, and through his weekly "Ask Andrew W.K." column in the Village Voice, arguably the greatest advice columnist working in the U.S. today.
Reason TV's Nick Gillespie sat down to talk with Andrew W.K. about how his struggle with depression led to his passion for partying (2:23), why the prospect of "blowing up the school bus" can be thrilling and cathartic for a kid (4:23), how he soldiered through the red tape of New York City's regulatory regime to open the concert and dance venue Santos Party House (6:54), his book-in-progress, "The Party Bible" (9:59), the sage wisdom he doles out in his advice columns (17:00), the politics of partying (25:51), his new kids show on Maker.tv, "Meet Me At The Reck" (28:20), and his unabashed and unapologetic embrace of fun and libertine abandon.

Yaser Birjas is originally from Palestine. He started his career in Electronic Engineering in the UAE, then in Madinah where he graduated as class Valedictorian with the highest honors from The Islamic University of Madinah's College of Shariah (Fiqh and Usool) in 1996. He learned from various highly respected scholars such as Shaikh Ash-Shanqitee and Shaikh Al-Uthaimeen (rahimahu Allah).
In 1997, he went to work as a relief program aide to rebuild the war-torn Bosnia. In 2000, he immigrated to the U.S. where he served as an Imam at The Islamic Center in El Paso, Texas and a director of English programs in Da'wah and outreach for the Orland Park Prayer Center.
His speciality in the subject of marriage and relations made him a highly sought marriage counsellor for the Muslim community.

There's an old axiom that you can't be what you can't see. Perhaps if you think about what inspired you to enter into your current job, or line of study, you'll recognize a role model or two that inspired you to take your current path.
That's why NASA and the Energy Department are teaming up on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 1pm EST to host a Google+ Hangout, showcasing women in STEM at NASA and Energy that are changing the world and addressing the serious shortage of women and girls engaged in STEM fields in the United States, and showcasing strong role models for students of all genders.
Dr. Katie Gallagher, from NASA's Office of the Chief Technologist will moderate a conversation for students, teachers, parents, and STEM educators. Director Dot Harris, Office of Economic Impact and Diversity at the Department of Energy, will be on the line with Dr. Rebecca Spyke-Keiser, Associate Deputy Administrator for Strategy and Policy at NASA; Shannon Walker, NASA astronaut at Johnson Space Center in Houston; Jill Fuss, Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and a class at Andrew Jackson Middle School in Titusville, Florida, to discuss ways to find role models for young people in STEM fields and answer questions from students and the general public about STEM careers.
Join Women @ Energy and Women @ NASA to hear from women role models leading the way in transformative science, innovation, cutting-edge research, and combating climate change.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER -
Dr Abdullah Hakim Quick is a historian, social activist and religious leader of African and Native American descent. He has travelled to over 58 countries doing research and delivering lectures to various communities. His qualification in Islamic Studies comes from a BA from the Islamic University of Madinah, Saudi Arabia and his history background is shaped by an MA and PhD from the History Department of the University of Toronto, Canada.
Dr Quick has served as a special advisor to the Toronto Board of Education, the Ontario Science Centre and the Royal Ontario Museum as well as a regular columnist in the religion page of one of Canada's leading daily newspapers, The Toronto Star. He has initiated and developed special classes for the hearing impaired of Canada and the underprivileged of Southern Africa. He has been a guest lecturer at York University (Toronto), McGill University, the University of the Western Cape (South Africa) in the Departments of History, Women's Studies, Geography and Middle-East Islamic Studies and African Studies as well as member of the Chaplains Association of the University of Toronto. He has also developed and facilitated workshops and training sessions for diverse organizations such as Children's Aid Society, Metropolitan Toronto School Boards, Family Service Association of Metro Toronto, Canadian Museums Association, Canadian Institute for International Affairs, the Canadian Churches Forum for Global Ministries, Elementary Teachers Association of York Region, Metro Toronto School for the Deaf, the Scarborough Public Library Board, and Al Wagah, Muslim Deaf Society of Cape Town.
For over ten years, Dr Quick was Director of the Islamic Social Services and Resources Association, one of Canada's first recognized Islamic social service agencies. There he counseled hundreds people from all walks of life and various religions and developed one of Canada's first Muslim food banks. He has often spoken out against "gay bashing" and vigilantism
He has participated in interviews as an expert on African History and Islamic issues with major Canadian, Caribbean and South African media organizations, such as CBC TV, City TV, CFRB, Channel 47 (Canada) and the SABC, 702 Cape Talk, Voice of the Cape, Radio 786, Channel Islam, Radio Ansar (Durban, South Africa).
He has a number of scholarly presentations and publications but his recent focus has been on documentary films such as Timbuktu, the Empire of Knowledge, Untold Ethiopia and Reflections from the Western Sunrise (Quick Answers) that all aired on national television in South Africa.
Previously, Dr Abdullah was the Director of the Discover Islam Centre of Cape Town , South Africa and a special advisor to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
