So, here's my submission for the Remix War V: "Let Me Fix Your Music"!
I've always been fascinated with fugues and always wanted to write one. I realized it could be a fun thing to do as part of that Remix War, instead of writing a subject myself, so I did it with "Discord", by Eurobeat Brony, and there it is!
I chose this particular song because, even if it is slightly over-remixed, the simple fact that the melody is so recognizable and famous makes the whole concept of writing a fugue on it more obvious, with each introduction and variation of the subject being easier to spot. Also, Discord is my favorite character, and I heard he would be Bach for season 3.
Dumb mistake on the picture. Checked out the original track, saw "Super Ponybeat" in the title, assumed it was the name of the artist. Turns out it's the name of the album. Goes to show how bad with names and how knowledgeable of this fandom's music I am, I guess.

A remix is an alternative version of a recorded song, made from an original version. Sometimes this term is also used for alterations of media or recreation other than song (film, literature, beverages etc.).
A remixer uses audio mixing to compose an alternate master recording of a song, adding or subtracting elements, or simply changing the equalization, dynamics, pitch, tempo, playing time, or almost any other aspect of the various musical components. Some remixes involve substantial changes to the arrangement of a recorded work, but many are harmonic, such as creating a "vocal up" version of a song that emphasizes the lead singer's voice. Contemporary remixes are often produced in a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), which allow producers to reorganize tracks and apply various effects.
Songs are remixed for a variety of reasons:
Remixes should not be confused with edits, which usually involve shortening a final stereo master for marketing or broadcasting purposes. Another distinction should be made between a remix and a cover. A remix song recombines audio pieces from a recording to create an altered version of the song. A cover is a recording of a song that was previously recorded by someone else.

War is an organized, armed, and often a prolonged conflict that is carried on between states, nations, or other parties typified by extreme aggression, social disruption, and usually high mortality. War should be understood as an actual, intentional and widespread armed conflict between political communities, and therefore is defined as a form of political violence. The set of techniques used by a group to carry out war is known as warfare. An absence of war (and other violence) is usually called peace.
In 2003, Nobel Laureate Richard E. Smalley identified war as the sixth (of ten) biggest problems facing the society of mankind for the next fifty years. In the 1832 treatise On War, Prussian military general and theoretician Carl von Clausewitz defined war as follows: "War is thus an act of force to compel our enemy to do our will."
While some scholars see warfare as an inescapable and integral aspect of human culture, others argue that it is only inevitable under certain socio-cultural or ecological circumstances. Some scholars argue that the practice of war is not linked to any single type of political organization or society. So, here's my submission for the Remix War V: "Let Me Fix Your Music"! I've always been fascinated with fugues and always wanted to write one. I realized it could be a fun thing to do as part of that Remix War, instead of writing a subject myself, so I did it with "Discord", by Eurobeat Brony, and there it is! I chose this particular song because, even if it is slightly over-remixed, the simple fact that the melody is so recognizable and famous makes the whole concept of writing a fugue on it more obvious, with each introduction and variation of the subject being easier to spot. Also, Discord is my favorite character, and I heard he would be Bach for season 3. Dumb mistake on the picture. Here is my complete guide on how to install, setup and run PCSX2 (PlayStation 2 Emulator).
It is VERY detailed and shows you not just how to get YOUR games working, but also configure it to run stable on the best possible settings. I take you all the way to 4k resolution running your games as smooooooth as butter!
I do not apologize for the length of this guide or for the information I give. If you just want to play a couple of your fave games then you may be better using a simple 5 min setup video. However this is made to play and configure ALL games to the maximum setting possible for YOUR PC.
Look forward in the future. I will be covering another tutorial on this Emulator. I want o go into detail with per game configs, mem card settings, controller settings and compressed game format to save you guys some space without the load times. I would have included it on this vid... But I thought an hour was enough for now hehehehe!

Here is my complete guide on how to setup the SONY PSP Emulator. In this install I use version PPSSPP 1.1.1 but this will work for any install. However, as always I include everything!
I do not just show you how to get your games working, I show you how to configure it EXACTLY to YOUR system to get the most out of it in terms of BEST GRAPHICS and BEST PERFORMACE so you can get this to the highest quality on ANY PC.
Its all about making the games look AMAZING and that what I focus on here.
