Redcar is a seaside resort and town in the Tees Valley in North Yorkshire, England. The local council, a unitary authority, is Redcar and Cleveland. Historically part of the North Riding of Yorkshire, it lies 7.5 miles (12.1 km) east-north-east of Middlesbrough by the North Sea coast. The combined population of the wards of Coatham, Dormanstown, Kirkleatham, Newcomen, West Dyke and Zetland was 36,610 in the 2001 census decreasing to 35,692 in the 2011 census.
With the opening of the Middlesbrough to Redcar Railway in 1846, Redcar became a resort for Victorian tourists.
History
Redcar occupies a low-lying site by the sea; the second element of its name is from Old Scandinavian kjarr, meaning 'marsh', and the first may be either Old English rēad meaning 'red' or OE hrēod 'reed'. Redcar originated as a fishing town in the 14th century, trading with the larger adjacent market town of Coatham. Until the mid-19th century it was a sub-parish of the of Marske-by-the-Sea—mentioned in the Domesday book.

Cleveland
Cleveland (/ˈkliːvlənd/ KLEEV-lənd) is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Cuyahoga County, the most populous county in the state. The city is located in northeastern Ohio on the southern shore of Lake Erie, approximately 60 miles (100 kilometers) west of the Pennsylvania border. It was founded in 1796 near the mouth of the Cuyahoga River, and became a manufacturing center owing to its location on the lake shore, as well as being connected to numerous canals and railroad lines. Cleveland's economy has diversified sectors that include manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and biomedical. Cleveland is home to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Clinic.
As of the 2013 Census Estimate, the city proper had a total population of 390,113, making Cleveland the 48th largest city in the United States, and the second largest city in Ohio after Columbus.Greater Cleveland, the Cleveland-Elyria-Mentor, OH Metropolitan Statistical Area, ranked 29th largest in the United States, and second largest in Ohio after Cincinnati with 2,064,725 people in 2013. Cleveland is part of the larger Cleveland-Akron-Canton, OH Combined Statistical Area, which in 2013 had a population of 3,501,538, and ranked as the country's 15th largest CSA.

Redcar and Cleveland
The borough of Redcar & Cleveland is a unitary authority area in the Tees Valley region of North Yorkshire in the North East of England, consisting of Redcar, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Guisborough, and small towns such as Brotton, Eston, Skelton and Loftus. It had a resident population of 135,200 in 2011,. It is represented in Parliament by Anna Turley (Labour) for the Redcar constituency and by Tom Blenkinsop (also Labour) for the Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland constituency.
The borough borders Scarborough and Hambleton in North Yorkshire, and the unitary authority areas of Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool.
History
The district was created in 1974 as the borough of Langbaurgh, one of four districts of the new non-metropolitan county of Cleveland. It was formed from the Coatham, Kirkleatham, Ormesby, Redcar and South Bank wards of the county borough of Teesside, along with Guisborough, Loftus, Saltburn and Marske-by-the-Sea, Eston Grange and Skelton and Brotton urban districts, from the North Riding of Yorkshire. The borough was named after the ancient Langbaurgh wapentake of Yorkshire. On 1 January 1988 the borough was renamed Langbaurgh-on-Tees.

A Visitors Guide: How To Get From Dublin Airport Car Rentals Compounds to the M50
This is a short video to show the route from the car rental compounds at Dublin airport to the M50. For some of the rental companies, you can collect the rental car, very close to the terminals, in which case, the directions on this video do not become relevant until point 1:39 on the video, where you will join this roundabout (as the red car is doing), and you take the 2nd exit of the roundabout, signposted M50/M1/City Centre. The journey time should take you about 7/8 minutes to the start of the M50. At 4:15 and 4:59, It also show two of the main exits off the M50 that visitors will be taking: - Jct 7 for Athlone, Galway, Longford, Westport and the west in general. Located just south of Long Beach and north of Huntington Beach, Seal Beach is a quaint seaside community of charming shops, historic homes and great surf.
At just 13.2 square miles, it's one of the smallest beachfront communities in Southern California.
Start your visit at Main Street and Ocean Avenue, which is the center of action in Seal Beach. Set up a spot on the sand, take your kids to the play park or go surfing. The beach's annual Kite Festival takes place in September.
Seal Beach is home to the second longest wooden pier in California. Built in 1906, Seal Beach Pier stretches 1,835 feet. Say hello to Slick the Seal, then stroll to the end of the pier for sweeping views of Long Beach, the Queen Mary and the Seal Beach shoreline. That big white hangar you see in the distance was once home to Howard Hughes' Spruce Goose. Be sure to bring a jacket, as it can get cold out on the pier — even on a sunny day.
After enjoying the morning on the beach, take a break for lunch with a stroll along historic Main Street, which is dotted with cute boutiques and some of the best restaurants in Seal Beach. Walt's Wharf is a great place for fresh seafood and clam chowder, and The Hangout is popular for brunch. For dinner, don't miss Mahe restaurant, located in the historic Airport Club building on PCH. The food is incredible!
Electric Avenue, which intersects Main Street, once serviced the 40-mile Pacific Electric Railway line from Los Angeles to Balboa Peninsula. The Seal Beach Red Car Museum is housed in a Pacific Electric Tower Car dating back to 1925. Open from noon to 3 on the second and fourth Saturday of the month, the museum offers a glimpse at historic photos, signs and memorabilia from the Red Car line.
The Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station is home to the West Coast's World War II Submarine Memorial. It's located on Seal Beach Boulevard and is open to the public.

The Carthay Circle Theater is a tribute to the Hollywood movie palace where Disney's Snow White premiered in 1937. The building is home to the stylish Club 1901 lounge and Carthay Circle Restaurant, which serves some of the best signature dining in the park.
For something more casual, try Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Cafe — named for the three pigs in Disney's "Silly Symphony." Inside, you'll find some delicious sandwiches, pastries — and a full range Starbucks coffees!
If you're watching your waistline, Mortimer's Market serves a variety of fresh fruit and drinks, or you can go big with a sundae at Clarabelle's Ice Cream. Inside the Elysian Arcade, Trolley Treats is stocked with gourmet fudge, toffee and chewy candied apples.

Buena Vista Street in California Adventure is a throwback to 1920s Los Feliz, where Walt Disney began his entertainment empire.
When you arrive, be sure to grab a copy of the Buena Vista Bugle, then hit the town. You can shop-til-you drop at the Elias and Company Department Store, or pick up a few souvenirs inside Oswald's Gas and Oil. At Kingswell Camera Shop, you can stock up on photographic supplies or pick up your photo pass cds.
The Red Car Trolley — modeled after LA's Pacific Electric Railway — connects Buena Vista Street with the Hollywood Backlot. It passes under the Hyperion Bridge — a replica of the real railway underpass near Los Feliz.
The Carthay Circle Theater is a tribute to the Hollywood movie palace where Disney's Snow White premiered in 1937. The building is home to the stylish Club 1901 lounge and Carthay Circle Restaurant, which serves some of the best signature dining in the park.
For something more casual, try Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Cafe — named for the three pigs in Disney's "Silly Symphony." Inside, you'll find some delicious sandwiches, pastries — and a full range Starbucks coffees!
If you're watching your waistline, Mortimer's Market serves a variety of fresh fruit and drinks, or you can go big with a sundae at Clarabelle's Ice Cream. Inside the Elysian Arcade, Trolley Treats is stocked with gourmet fudge, toffee and chewy candied apples.
