Lewis (Scottish Gaelic: Leòdhas, pronounced [ʎɔː.əs̪], also Isle of Lewis) is the northern part of Lewis and Harris, the largest island of the Western Isles or Outer Hebrides (an archipelago) of Scotland. The total area of Lewis is 683 square miles (1,770 km2).
Lewis is, in general, the lower lying part of the island, with the other part, Harris, being more mountainous. The flatter, more fertile land means Lewis contains the largest settlement, Stornoway, and three-quarters of the population of the Western Isles. Beyond human habitation, the island's diverse habitats are home to an assortment of flora and fauna, such as the golden eagle, red deer and seals and are recognised in a number of conservation areas.
Lewis is of Presbyterian tradition with a rich history, having once been part of the Norse Kingdom of Mann and the Isles. Today, life is very different from elsewhere in Scotland with Sabbath observance, the Gaelic language and peat cutting retaining more importance than elsewhere. Lewis has a rich cultural heritage as can be seen from its myths and legends as well as the local literary and musical traditions.
Mark Edward (born Mark Edward Wilson, May 19, 1951, Los Angeles, CA) is a professional mentalist who specializes in magic of the mind. He wrote several books on mentalism, séance theory and production and appeared on television as both primary consultant and on-air performer in such diverse programming as A & E's Biography: "Houdini, the Great Escape," NBC's "The Other Side" and "Psychic Secrets Revealed," The Sci-Fi Channel's "Mysteries, Magic and Miracles," The Discovery Channel's "Forces Beyond," and on two episodes of The Learning Channel's "Exploring the Unknown." His featured segment as a spirit medium on the pilot episode of Showtime's "Penn & Teller's Bullshit!" series entitled "Speaking with the Dead" helped secure an Emmy Award nomination for that episode in 2002. Mark Edward is not related to John Edward.
Mark Edward became interested in magic through his maternal grandfather George Schaeffer, who was a card player and amateur magician. Mark became his test subject for many close-up magic routines. By 11 he was performing magic shows for school, friends and family events.

Edward is an English and Polish given name. It is derived from the Anglo-Saxon form Ēadweard, composed of the elements ead "wealth, fortune; prosperous" and weard "guardian, protector".
The name has been adopted in the Iberian peninsula since the 15th century, due to Edward, King of Portugal, whose mother was English. The Spanish/Portuguese forms of the name are Eduardo and Duarte.
Other variant forms include French Édouard, Italian Edoardo, German and Dutch Eduard and Scandinavian Edvard. Short forms include Ed, Eddy, Eddie, Ted, Teddy, Woody and Ned. Edward can be abbreviated as Edw.

He travels to Los Angeles for a business trip and decides to hire a prostitute. They take a liking to each other and he offers her money if she'll stay with him for an entire week while he makes the "rich and famous" scene (since it doesn't do for a man of his stature to be alone at society parties and polo matches). Romantic comedy (and complications) ensue.

Sound in media is the most overlooked and most important aspect of any production. Film schools teach little on the subject, and few masters reveal their secrets of how to create big-budget-Hollywood production immersion. Industry professionals know that sound is 80% of the experience of the audience, and the quality of the sound dramatically effects what audiences “see.” Now, for the first time at the renowned B & H Event Space, master audio instructor and filmmaker Mark Edward Lewis brings his knowledge of production and post production audio techniques to you.

Digital media designer Jason Edward Lewis talks about why it is important for Indigenous people to be involved in the dreaming up of the Future Imaginary through science fiction, and be engaged with the building of it by participating in the creation of the technologies on which it will based. Jason Edward Lewis co-founded Aboriginal Territories in Cyberspace (AbTeC) to research and create media content and technology for enabling the participation of Indigenous communities in the building of our common future. I try my best to reach perfection
And all I get is more rejection
I wanna know what you're about
It's nice to know
Someone's out there asking
But what's it worth
When it's all you're telling?
I think it's you I've finally figured out
Those outright lies you've said
Are knocking me down
What's left to do
When your life's turned upside down?
I've gotten crap from all who know me
If you speak truth
Then you need to show me
You can't expect me
To just nod my head and smile
Cuz ignorance is not my style
As my false pride gets in the way
I start believing all you say
I cross my fingers all the while
I'm running in a different race
I'm out of time and out of place
I play the sucker all the time
I simply can't make up my mind
Whoever I choose to believe
Who says they won't stand up and leave
And who'll be waiting next in line
Won't you give me another sign?
(Chorus) Turn it upside down (4x)
