In this beautifully lensed jidaigeki, based on the events of the Sakuradamon Incident of 1860, a sincere samurai named Kingo Shimura is faced with the immense shame of failing to protect his lord, who is assassinated in a surprise ambush. In order to restore his honor, Kingo is tasked with finding and killing the remaining assassins. Meanwhile, Japan begins to undergo significant changes, shedding samurai values as the Edo period ends and Western influences start to take hold. After a tortured 13-year search, Kingo finally finds the one remaining assassin—but, as he unsheathes his sword for vengeance, is he still the same man he once was?

中井貴一さんらの出演舞台「趣味の部屋」の
公開舞台稽古の一部を動画で公開しました。
公開舞台稽古に先だって行われた囲み取材の登壇者は
脚本の古沢良太さん、演出の行定勲さん、
出演者の中井貴一さん、戸次重幸さん、原幹恵さん、川平慈英さん、白井晃さんの７名。

「趣味の部屋」は中井貴一さんがプロデューサーとして参加し実現させた舞台。
動画の中でも語っていらっしゃいますが、
脚本家の古沢良太さんや、映画監督・演出家の行定勲さんに
お願いすることを決めたのも中井さんだそうです。
そして出演者は、名優の中井貴一さんに加え、
白井晃さん、川平慈英さん、TEAM NACSの戸次重幸さん、原幹恵さんという
なんとも異色な組み合わせになりました。
本作は、男たちが趣味のために借りたとある部屋での一幕芝居。
時間が飛んだりもせず、本当にワンシチュエーションで繰り広げられる会話劇というのは
実際には少ないので貴重な作品でもあります。
（※私が思いだせるのは劇団、本谷有希子『幸せ最高ありがとうマジで！』くらいです。）
私は通し稽古を観させて頂きましたが、
パルコ劇場、中井貴一さん、そしてワンシチュエーションということで、
なんとなく三谷幸喜さんの舞台を観ているかのような錯覚も感じました。
『グッドナイト スリイプタイト』のようなテンポのいい会話の中に、
笑いどころがちりばめてあるような巧妙な構成なのです。
サスペンスコメディと銘打った作品だけに、
謎が謎を呼ぶストーリー展開で、
我々観客も「果たして真実はどこにあるのか？」ということを
悩みながら楽しんで観られる作品でした。
当日券は、公演の朝、電話予約で受け付けているそうです。

脚本家の古沢良太さんや、映画監督・演出家の行定勲さんに
お願いすることを決めたのも中井さんだそうです。
そして出演者は、名優の中井貴一さんに加え、
白井晃さん、川平慈英さん、TEAM NACSの戸次重幸さん、原幹恵さんという
なんとも異色な組み合わせになりました。
本作は、男たちが趣味のために借りたとある部屋での一幕芝居。
時間が飛んだりもせず、本当にワンシチュエーションで繰り広げられる会話劇というのは
実際には少ないので貴重な作品でもあります。
（※私が思いだせるのは劇団、本谷有希子『幸せ最高ありがとうマジで！』くらいです。）
私は通し稽古を観させて頂きましたが、
パルコ劇場、中井貴一さん、そしてワンシチュエーションということで、
なんとなく三谷幸喜さんの舞台を観ているかのような錯覚も感じました。
『グッドナイト スリイプタイト』のようなテンポのいい会話の中に、
笑いどころがちりばめてあるような巧妙な構成なのです。
サスペンスコメディと銘打った作品だけに、
謎が謎を呼ぶストーリー展開で、
我々観客も「果たして真実はどこにあるのか？」ということを
悩みながら楽しんで観られる作品でした。
当日券は、公演の朝、電話予約で受け付けているそうです。

The 12051/52 Dadar Madgaon Jan Shatabdi Express is a superfast express train belonging to Indian Railways - Konkan Railway division that runs between Mumbai and Madgaon in India.
It operates as train number 12051 from Dadar to Madgaon and as train number 12052 in the reverse direction.This train is most popular among the passenger travelling especially chiplun, kudal, Kankavli, madgaon (Goa).
The Zuari Bridge is a railway bridge between North Goa and South Goa, India. It carries the Konkan Railway over the tidal part of the Zuari River, south of Carambolim. The bridge was completed in three years. It is a few metres upstream of a road bridge of the same name.
The bridge is 1,319 metres (4,327 ft) long.

This programme takes a look at some of the 2,500 steam engines built byy British Railways between 1948 and 1960, which operated in Britain until the end of steam in 1968. Now many are thankfully preserved on railways across the country. Many of these were based on the old constituent railway companies, but British Railways did evolve it's own designs which feature in this programme - such as the Britannia Class, designed for express passenger work and the standard Class 4 tank, which were used primarily on commuter services. Trains from the heavenly North East Frontier Railways - NFR is one of the 17 Zones of the vast Indian Railways Network. NFR comprises of the entire state of Assam, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh , Nagaland , parts of West Bengal & Bihar. NFR is one of India's most beautiful zones that is least explored. The trains are completely powered by Diesel Engines ALCo's & EMD's. The Zone is expected to get electrified in due course of time between Burdwan and Jalpaiguri.
This video does not cover the entire NFR Zone, how ever a very beautiful spot was chosen to capture Trains that connect to & fro various parts of West Bengal & Assam.
Salbari is a small village located between Cooch Behar and Jalpaiguri in the state of West Bengal .The main occupation of the villagers is Agriculture and Rice is the prime crop cultivated here. Most of the trains were captured between these lush green Paddy fields where the single Broad gauge line takes a sharp curvature alignment between Kolai Gram and Salvadi Stations. The water from the Galandi river is used for irrigation & drinking by the villagers.
The video was captured during the peak monsoon season hence you can see the nature at its best. Hope you find this video rejuvenating as you hear the Jet sound EMD's and the chugging ALCO's conquering the virgin terrain.
About the intro WDP4 GT46PAC 20012 christened as " BAAZ - In Sanskrit means Falcon, the bird " was the one and only Aerodynamic Fiber glass Cab fitted EMD that was painted in a unique Blue and Orange combo livery as seen. The Locomotive was first homed at Hubli EMD Shed under South Western Railways. Later the Loco was transferred to NFR's Siliguri EMD Shed. The Shed ripped off the fiber glass cab of the loco which is now a thing of past. The intro is a tribute to one of my favorite Locos. The first Locomotive in this video is the same 20012 BAAZ in Siliguri Shed livery in the present day condition. Never the less Siliguri shed has shown some interest to bring back the Baaz Livery on few other WDP4s that can be seen in this video.

When you are eagerly waiting to capture your favorite train and you encounter another Train or Locomotive coming from the opposite direction simultaneously creating a CLASH provided you are at the right view point where both trains fit in to the same frame with out blocking each others view makes it a EPIC FOOTAGE !!

Now many are thankfully preserved on railways across the country. Many of these were based on the old constituent railway companies, but British Railways did evolve it's own designs which feature in this programme - such as the Britannia Class, designed for express passenger work and the standard Class 4 tank, which were used primarily on commuter services. The most famous loco from this period is Standard Class 9F number 92220 Evening Star - preserved as the last steam loco to be built by British Railways.
Locos based on the North Yorkshire Moors, Keighley and Worth Valley, Great Central Railway, Gloucestershire & Warwickshire and the West Somerset Railways, as well as the main line, are also included in this programme

A superbly detailed account by three railway enthusiasts of the Settle to Carlisle line which is now so famous but was, perhaps, almost unknown to those outside the area until this film won a 'Ten Best Award' organised by the magazine Amateur Cine World in 1964. When the Awards show was presented at the National Film Theatre, it was decided that it was too long to show in full, so an 18 minute extract was prepared and screened to great acclaim. Although the full version was shown later at the NFT, there is now some doubt as to whether the full version still survives. (this is it though! - ed)
Shot on 16mm Bolex camera, the full film covered the whole line from Settle, to Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Ribblehead, Dent, Garsdale, Kirkby Stephen West, Appleby, Appleby West, Culgaith, Armathwaite, Cotehill and Carlisle, in some cases with an examination of the station buildings and town itself. Motive power is at a magic moment when diesel traction was just beginning to appear, represented by what are now historical exhibits in the form of D153, D158 and D165. Steam abounds, with LNER 'A4' 4-6-2 No 60023 Golden Eagle, BR 'Britannia' 4-6-2 Nos 70023 Venus and 70048 The Territorial Regiment 1908-1958, LMS '3' 2-6-2T No 40075, LMS '4F' 0-6-0 Nos 44149 and 44554 and LMS '5' 4-6-0 No 45232 as well as an old Midland steam crane. The study of the camp that once served the building of Ribblehead Viaduct and scenes in the snow in the winter of 1962-63 are masterly.
