"The movement by the All Assam Students' Union (Aasu) was initially a movement against outsiders ... When Aasu leaders were jailed, RSS supplied them with food. The RSS chief Rajendra Singh had not supported the Assam Accord that the Congress government signed with Aasu leadership," Gogoi said ... Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, who has declared that the current assembly elections as his last, will decide whether to continue in office after two years if he is elected again. "After two years, I will take a decision on how I will continue in the party ... Accordingly, I will take my next step," Gogoi told PTI in an interview ... "I will not fight the next election ...
