The Fine Brothers are causing a lot of controversy among their YouTube fan base. They launched a new campaign on their channel, and many of their fans are not happy about it. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian hosts of The Young Turks discuss.

Today, I'm getting a bit personal. Only four months into the new year and already 2016 has seen a ton of scandal on YouTube, but the biggest story of all focused around React World and the Fine Bros. As a friend of the Fines, it got me to really think about their situation, the React scandal, and how YouTube is changing. AlphaOmegaSin rants about the Fine Bros who announced react world. The Fine Bros want to essentially own reaction videos, this is fucking insane. React World let's the Fine Brothers just take money from you for literally no reason other than they think they can corner and own this basic idea that they did not invent. That's been done well before they hit YouTube and before YouTube itself even existed.

Bros (
/brɒs/ BROSS; abbreviation of the word "brothers") were a British band active in the late 1980s and early 1990s, consisting of twin brothers Matt Goss and Luke Goss along with Craig Logan. Formed in 1986, they were managed by former Pet Shop Boys manager Tom Watkins.
Their first single, "I Owe You Nothing", was released in 1987 on CBS Records and entered the UK charts at number 88; this was down to no promotional work being carried out to advertise the band.[citation needed] The second, "When Will I Be Famous", became their breakthrough hit by reaching number two in the UK Top 40 chart.
Their first album, Push was released in 1988 and went 4× Platinum in the UK.
The group achieved a total of 11 top 40 singles and 3 Top 20 albums in the United Kingdom, making them one of the biggest acts in British music between 1988 and 1991. They reached number one when "I Owe You Nothing" was reissued in 1988. They continued having hits throughout the late 1980s, including "Cat Among the Pigeons" and "Too Much", both which made UK #2 during 1988 and 1989.

Donald John Trump, Sr. (born June 14, 1946) is an American business magnate, television personality and author. He is the chairman and president of The Trump Organization and the founder of Trump Entertainment Resorts. Trump's extravagant lifestyle, outspoken manner and role on the NBC reality show The Apprentice have made him a well-known celebrity who was No. 17 on the 2011 Forbes Celebrity 100 list. He is well-known as a real-estate developer who amassed vast hotel, casino, and other real-estate properties, in the New York City area and around the world.
Trump is the son of Fred Trump, a wealthy New York City real-estate developer. He worked for his father's firm, Elizabeth Trump & Son, while attending the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and in 1968 officially joined the company. He was given control of the company in 1971 and renamed it The Trump Organization.
In 2010, Trump expressed an interest in becoming a candidate for President of the United States in the 2012 election. In May 2011, he announced he would not be a candidate, but a few weeks later he said he had not completely ruled out the possibility. In December 2011, Trump was suggested as a possible Vice Presidential selection by Michele Bachmann. Bachmann has since suspended her presidential campaign.

“The creators of one of YouTube's biggest channels have sparked fury over plans to trademark and license a popular video format.
The Fine Brothers produce a popular series of "reaction videos", in which people watch online clips and respond.
On Tuesday, they revealed a scheme to let other video-makers use assets from their version of the format.
But they have faced a backlash from viewers for trademarking "react" - a term widely used by other creators.”
