About D'Nealian Style Handwriting (Wiki)
D'Nealian is a style of writing and teaching cursive and print (block) handwriting for English. It is a derivative of the Palmer Method and was designed to ease the learning of cursive and print handwriting. D'Nealian was developed by Donald Thurber, who developed the system while teaching in a primary school, and was first introduced in 1978. The name of the script comes from Donald's first name contracted with his middle name ("Neal").
The system was designed as a method to alleviate the problems with teaching children the standard Zaner-Bloser script method and the subsequent difficulty transitioning to cursive writing. D'Nealian manuscript form has many similarities to the cursive version. In theory, it is easier for children to learn and acquire basic handwriting skills using this method than traditional cursive writing.[citation needed]
Notable advocates of D'Nealian include handwriting expert Jennifer C. Heintzelman.

Hey guys! So this is sort of a part 2 to my first hand lettering tutorial which was a great success! I was struggling to think of what I could do for this tutorial since part 1 sort of covered the main areas that would help you develop your hand lettering skills. However, I looked through the comments, and made a post on my Facebook page and came to the conclusion that a lot of you want to see a full alphabet so you can refer back to it if you forget how to create some of the letters. So, I put this video together where I simply walk you through each lowercase letter, using a brush pen. I really do hope this video helps you guys out; I would have loved it if someone had made a video like this when I was just starting out... I actually looked for one back then too but never found anything that was fitting to what I wanted to do.
Anyway, I want to wish you all happy holidays and a very happy new year, welcome to 2016! Let's try and top 2015!

We show a M&M;'s Gumball Machine - Candy Dispenser full with M&M;'s - ガムボールマシーン M&M;'s are "colorful button-shaped chocolates"[1] produced by Mars, Incorporated. The candy shell, each of which has the letter "m" printed in lower case on one side, surrounds a filling which varies depending on the variety of M&M;'s. The original candy had a milk chocolate filling which, upon introducing other varieties, was branded as the "plain" variety. "Peanut" M&M;'s, which feature a peanut coated in milk chocolate and, finally, a candy shell, were the first variety introduced and remain a regular variety. Numerous other varieties have been introduced, some of which are regular widespread varieties (such as "peanut butter", "pretzel", "crispy", and "dark chocolate"), while others are limited in duration or... -

"The term "Lowercase music" was coined by Steve Roden to describe his album Forms of Paper. Lowercase was primarily defined as a new form of extreme sound art. Through the digital magnification of microsounds, Lowercase artists reveal auditory experiences once inaccessible to the human ear. Examples of this include the recording of plants using amplified contact microphones, anthills and underground ant colony chambers, the sound of snow as it falls onto a sheet of ice, and bacteria being flash-frozen in a Petri dish. "The term "Lowercase music" was coined by Steve Roden to describe his album Forms of Paper. Lowercase was primarily defined as a new form of extreme sound art. ...
"The term "Lowercase music" was coined by Steve Roden to describe his album Forms of Paper. Lowercase was primarily defined as a new form of extreme sound art. Through the digital magnification of microsounds, Lowercase artists reveal auditory experiences once inaccessible to the human ear. Examples of this include the recording of plants using amplified contact microphones, anthills and underground ant colony chambers, the sound of snow as it falls onto a sheet of ice, and bacteria being flash-frozen in a Petri dish. However, Lowercase hasn't remained just a matter of adjusted Field Recordings or composed music. Artists from the field of Free Improvisation contributed to the genre and translated its aesthetic into a new sort of improvised music. Among notable Lowercase improvisers are James Coleman, Axel Dörner, Radu Malfatti, Mark Wastell, Nmperign or Onkyo players. Composed or improvised, Lowercase's original intentions are still kept up and even Roden himself gives Lowercase improvisations from time to time."

"When A'ala Park was closed for a few years for renovations. Gideon Dungey got me and Darin Lee going night skating with his generator and lights. Once Makiki opened we started recruiting more and more friends to go filming with us. Larry Warnken, Rob Carlyon, Kenny Brimer, Chane Wilson, Darin and myself were all living right across the street and we would go out all night street skating, come home and mess around with edits. Although not started as a shop video, Lowercase was a jump off point for APB Skateshop and cemented a tight knit family of skaters that all considered themselves APB (A'ala Park Bastards). With the newly renovated A'ala Park, a brand new shop, and a fire for filming, Hawaii's skate scene was booming. This video signified a really important period in my life. It showed me the great things that skateboarding has done for me personally as well as helped create long lasting relationships. I'm really glad I got to do this video with Darin as a labor of love, not yet motivated by any sort of business aspect. I'm really glad there is a record of this period of skating when A'ala first opened, dudes were killing it. RIP Kenny Brimer, Aree Lamont, Bernardo Bernard.
